SEND ME AN EMAIL!!! rolercstrluvr, I have already responded to you via Private Message about your order - THREE TIMES today. Your Paypal payment never came through. I don't know why, but it didn't, and PayPal doesn't seem to make mistakes if you send it to the correct account. You told me you do not have a receipt from them and your order confirmation got deleted. I'm sorry, but unless you can show me that a payment was made, I can't send your stuff. Why did you feel it was necessary to come here and complain further? And Jason10, I just checked all my orders and PayPal payment records for the last two years and I do not have an order from you under either your screen name or your registered email address. If you have ordered it under another email address PM me with your full name, please let me know. If you did pay via PayPal, you will always receive a payment confirmation email. Please forward that to me so I can look into this further. Anyone who has purchased DVDs from us in the past should know that if you EVER have problems with them, we replace them. If your order is taking a while, we'll let you know why (sometimes we are away traveling for weeks at a time) Overall, we will resolve any issue you have, you just need to TELL US! --Robb
