Has anyone gone on Summit Plummet & Slush Gusher? Are they really scary or not that bad?

Can someone please tell me what Blizzard Beach is?

 

It's a waterpark in the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. It has the worlds tallest and fastest waterslide, Summit Plummit. It's still has one of the highest, if not THE highest, attendance rates of all water parks worldwide.

 

I've never ridden it Summit Plummit, but I have tons of friends that have. They all say its awesome, but it could be sort of painful!

Here are my reviews on both rides (and I have ridden them)

 

Summit Plummit - Its a fun experience to do once and only once, for the ride is so fast it scrapes your back and your kind of in pain at the end, its not that bad and your back doesnt bleed but its only worth it once. The rush is so exhilirating and it takes like ten seconds to get down the whole thing, just make sure you keep your eyes open or youll miss it. And as for the whole Im gonna fall off feeling, you only get that when you go over the edge but its not really Im going to fall off more that Im falling holy crap!

 

Slush N' Gusher - Awesome ride, it gives a sense of flying when you go over the last hill which is a 90 foot drop, its better than Summit Plummit because its got more to it. It doesnt really hurt your back either and its kind of a shock when you hit that last hill!

I've only been down one similar slide to Summit Plummet (Venom Drop at SFHH here in California). This one is 75-80 feet high and was fun in my opinion. I remember the day I went, it was funny how some pretty big, mean looking guys took one look down it from the top and backed away like it was the scariest ride on Earth. I just went down like it was nothing.

 

Got quite the wedgie, though...

If you can ride a similar size roller coaster without trouble you will be fine. Both sides, especially Summit Plummet, are exceptionally fun.
