Pufferfish Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Carowinds never seems to have a lack of animals. I guess it's just the location. This summer, at the bridge that passes between the Carolina RFD section and Nick Central, there always seemed to be about 20 Canadian geese just sitting there, especially in the morning. Also, we get a fair share of tree rats, AKA squirrels (no offense meant with the calling them rats to Elissa).
cfc Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I saw a skunk at Kings Dominion a few weeks back, wandering through a Haunt scarezone next to Tomb Raider. Gave it a wide berth, of course.
RaptorBoyASU Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Everytime I eat at Hungry Bear in Disneyland, random cats come up to us looking for food. They're usually on the Rivers of America side near the back.
speedracer Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 Hungry Bear seems to be a popular place with the 4-legged furries of DL: http://www.micechat.com/forums/showthread.php/elusive_felis_disneylanis-37338p24.html Legend has it that they were indeed introduced to the park as a natural pest control, probably the same for other parks too.
