This is a coaster full of speed, excitement and 4 inversions. This coaster was inspired partly by Daemonen(Tivoli, DK) and Booster bike(Toverland, NL) Please comment, and let me know what i can do different... (I was suppose to have some 3ds, but what can I say... I suck at it...) POV is coming soon, so don't bother Yotsuya Kaidan.rar Remember the cartexture layout 2 layout 1 booster bike wannabe Stegel Dive Supreme custom supports
ComplexAudio99 Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Awesome track! The coaster was really smooth, except the slight pumps here and there. The turnaround element was my favorite part. The layout was perfect, but I thought that section of 2-rail track should have continued as 3-rail. Just my opinion. The supports were amazing, and nicely crafted. The only flaw in this track that I think you could improve on are the slight pumps, which are near impossible to fix if its all done by hand, and without the use of AHG. Nice work once again, and I can't wait for your next!
vekoma_fan Posted October 15, 2007 Author Posted October 15, 2007 It's because you're Danish.... No, just kidding. (don't hate me)... I have some problems opening some rar. files sometimes, but if you can't open it, and really want to give it a test, I can mail it to you... just let me know ComplexAudio99: I haven't really understand the AHG, so this is the best I could to. Some of my other creations is smoother, but don't ask me how I did it... And thanks for the comments
Steffen_Dk Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 I would really like to test this coaster, so please send a mail EDIT: WOW This was really great work! Smooth and very funny layout.. And the support work is just awesome. Great
Twister II Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 I really liked the track! The supports were great, good job on those! A little slow in places, but other than that, great job!
ComplexAudio99 Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Yeah... I totally agree with you. I have no clue on how to use AHG despite the many tutorials I've found, and besides that I have a mac, so unless they make one for the mac I can't really use it. BTW, I really like NL coasters that are done by hand. It really adds more to the result, especially if you can perfect it!
JJboy100 Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 vekoma_fan can you email it to??? or can you chance from a .rar to a better file like track or pack?
vekoma_fan Posted October 17, 2007 Author Posted October 17, 2007 the track-file and don't forget the "cool" cartexture Yotsuya Kaidan.nltrack PLEASE COMMENT
Gav- Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 yeah, that's better. It's a good coaster with nicely done supports, next time, try to put the part of the supports that comes out of the track in the same angle with the track (Hope you understand:P)
vekoma_fan Posted October 19, 2007 Author Posted October 19, 2007 It's not always so easy, some are easier then other... But I'll try next time
Théo the little french Posted October 20, 2007 Posted October 20, 2007 It was cool! I really like the colors and all the work for the supports! The track itself was really smooth and original!
vekoma_fan Posted October 20, 2007 Author Posted October 20, 2007 Thanks! I have one question... Are there anyone good 3d makers here? My coaster would look so much better with a asia-inspired station... So if you are the one, let me know
