thrillrideseeker Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 So I have a project for German! I have to research something from Germany. Well loving roller coasters obviously I am doing a roller coaster designing company. Unfortunately I am stuck with Schwarzkopf Personally I am not a big fan of their rides, but that is besides the point. So I decided for my "Original Composition" I was going to make a roller coaster out of Popsicle Sticks. WOW. What a bright idea that was! I have not got much done yet because I have been working on the poster board. Anyways... I thought you guys might find this interesting. So I will post updates as I progress!! I can not wait to see the finial product!! Check back often for new pictures!! OH and sorry the pictures are so blurry. I think I messed up my camera last time I dropped it. ~Matthew *Is already sick of this project* Stout So this white thing is what I have to work with. So this is the roller coaster I am going to make. OMG You can so see part of what will be the station. Another view of what I have to work with. This is the first of the station. SO it does not look like much, but it will be!!
KrazyT Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Yeah, good luck. What you have so far looks pretty good, although it isnt THAT much. -Tony.
ParkTrips Posted May 3, 2007 Posted May 3, 2007 Unfortunately I am stuck with Schwarzkopf Personally I am not a big fan of their rides, but that is besides the point. you've insulted me. he made some of the most memorable rides ever Besides, "their" isn't proper. Schwarzkopf is the guy's name, Anton Scwarzkopf. You might as well do some googling. Actually just go to schwarzkopf.coaster.net If you didn't like Schwarzkopf you could have done Gerstlauer, Mauer Sohne or Mack because we all know how great their rides are
thrillrideseeker Posted May 3, 2007 Author Posted May 3, 2007 you've insulted me. he made some of the most memorable rides everBesides, "their" isn't proper. Schwarzkopf is the guy's name, Anton Scwarzkopf. You might as well do some googling. Actually just go to schwarzkopf.coaster.net I did not mean to insult anyone. I was just saying, I would have rather done a differant company. OH and I used "Their" Schwarzkopf is the guy's name, but it is also a company. When you are talking about a company (Like I was) you use "Their!" Thanks for the link the the website though!! ~Matthew *Still Hates This Project* Stout

the sound Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 You know, you could of done a model of one of Werner Stengel's rides. That narrows it down to... nearly everything!
KrazyT Posted May 8, 2007 Posted May 8, 2007 It looks great, I dont know what youre talking about.... It does NOT look bad at all.
Golfie Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 Is what you used for the track construction paper? [if so or if not], how did you make the track?
thrillrideseeker Posted May 9, 2007 Author Posted May 9, 2007 Is what you used for the track construction paper? [if so or if not], how did you make the track? Acutally it is not construction paper, it was some kind of "Card Stock" paper, which is a little thicker than construction paper. To make the track, I just cut all of the paper the same size, and started glueing it to the supports, and when I came to the end of a strip of paper, I would simply glue another strip of paper to the end of it, and the next thing I know I was done ~Matthew
texashorns82492 Posted May 9, 2007 Posted May 9, 2007 I have a challenge for you. Try and make a popular American coaster, like Tatsu or Griffon.
thrillrideseeker Posted May 9, 2007 Author Posted May 9, 2007 I have a challenge for you. Try and make a popular American coaster, like Tatsu or Griffon. HAHA.... You are funny Actually I would love to make Griffon, but I do not have time I am starting to prepare for my cross country move, and I just don't have time, otherwise I would Sorry. ~Matthew
