RCT2...I love RCT2 to death, just because you can make a full park (I.E. Buildings, Pathways) No Limits (Which I also have) is awesome when your building something with extreme realism.

I love NL too, but I prefer RCT2, not by a lot though.

If NL and RCT3 formed into one game, I would NEVER buy it. Say goodbye to your frame rate, the games apply to completely different customers.

We don't literally mean put NL into RCT3. We just want the coaster building aspect of NL with the park building of RCT3.

And.. that's exactly what I wouldn't like, haha.

How would that destroy your frame rate? You're just adding a more complex building tool.

Well, I don't have NoLimits to make a good comparison, but it might depend on what I make.

I find RCT to be good when it comes to Woodies. I have a certain style to woodies where it works in RCT (of course, RCT was my first (proper) RCSim). Up, down, up, turn, down, up, turn, down, up, turn, down, turn, up, turn, down, turn, up, turn, etc.

For more curvy things like steels and such, I think I'd prefer NL.

Eh I don't really think you can call NL just good for the steels like that. Wood in RCT are just as limited as steels, but while they don't have inversions, you're still limited to set heights, angles, plots of land, etc. which woodies use just as well as steel. Go make an exactly 62* drop in RCT...... it just won't happen.

Well... Just saying that from what I can tell from the demo, NL seems a little complicated when it comes to woodies (could be just the support structure or something). If I want to make a wavey/curvey woodie (Hades), then I'd use NL for it. But if it's just up and down, there and back (Balder like), then I'd use RCT.

What about the terrible transitions, Balder is a lot more complicated than you think it is, it doesn't have straight drops, and it's got heartlining. It's not just there and back...

NL is better for both...

Nolimits is the better game for me.

Its basically like solitare on your computer, but way more nerdy. I like my games to be able to be played while doing other things like talkign on AIM...

Their subjust is the same, but they're really not very comparable rides. If you give it to sombody who isn't toally into coasters as a whole,e chances are they'd either liek one or the other, but not both.
