CP_RULES Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Wow, that was really cool. I really hope TW's rehab goes well, I really do like the coaster a lot. Everything around the park getting all cleaned up and ready is pretty cool. I guess its a good think they took this year off from building new rides.
rbpia Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Great pics. The snow melting and your pics have changed the offseason blahs to almost season excitement for me. Ron "1st coaster ride of the year is getting close!" Patton
steel Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 I'm with you, I cannot wait much longer to ride Patriot again.
bigstevet07 Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 I hope that the retracking of Timber-Death makes it better. I rode it when I was there last and it was super rough. If it doesn't help, they should have a big KC bonfire with it and bring in the rumored GCI there.
Jive Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Don't get your hopes up to high. TW did not receive a full re-tracking. More structural work was done and some areas have had track work but the project expected to stretch over a couple years.
Swoosh Posted March 9, 2007 Author Posted March 9, 2007 I honestly do not think they are to the retracking stage yet for the coaster. It has been nothing but structure work up until now (last year as well) and that alone has made some difference to the overall ride-abilty of Timber Wolf. This is not the end of the work on the woodie -- yet I have no idea why they are stretching it out so long.
