IwantRevenge Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I'm back with a new coaster, and it's wood(ish). This my friends is Vespa a GG woodie it's 92ft tall, goes aobut 50mph and has a track length of 2,908ft. The ride runs right along side a river and holds 2 trains without stacking. vjgx Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Nice job. Pretty smooth for the most part, with a few jerks here and there. Nice pacing, with good airtime. My only real complaint is that It could've been longer.
Twister II Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 I think this looks much more like a S&S woodie personally. It was a nice ride, seems the first 2 turns were a little sharp though.
IwantRevenge Posted January 3, 2007 Author Posted January 3, 2007 ^ First I make the supports woode, but don't click Handrials or catwalks. Then I selet it all and click I beam, select the entrie track then go to the supports menu and click transform seleted beams. Â Then to get the handrails/catwalks I de-select: Clear Previous Structure, Enable supports, and both wide supports, then I click handrials and catwalks for both side and put them on. Â Hope that helps! Â Glad you all liked the ride.
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 ^Don't forget to give credit to real for the enviorntment. I'd recognize that wood texture anywhere.
IwantRevenge Posted January 3, 2007 Author Posted January 3, 2007 Sorry yeah the enviorment was by Real, in case you did'nt notice
Golfie Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 GREAT Layout, but the track pumped horribly. Try hand-smoothing it if you're not tired of the coaster.
