Do you really think that PortAventura will get the same rides like the Universal Studios themeparks in the USA, like Shrek 4D and Jurrasic Parc?

If you look this map

 

You'll see the official map. It's done by pa-community.com but it's copied point by point from the official one.

 

"Nuevo Parque Temático" means New Theme Park.

The new coaster appears on the bottom of "Parque PortAventura" (PortAventura Park) as a "eight shape". The park includes an new area called "Nueva Zona Parque" (New Park Zone) that is described in the comments as "Amazonia" (South America).

The water park is also to be enlarged as it's said "Parque Acuático" (water park) and "Extensión Parque Acuático" (Water Park Extension) on the map.

 

 

Right now all the other maps are wrong, old or incomplete.

 

Nowadays it's done:

 

-PortAventura Park (95)

-Costa Caribe water park (02)

-Hotel PortAventura (02)

-Hotel El Paso (02)

-Hotel Caribe (03)

-Beach Club (06)

-Sèquia (06) (wild zone protected area)

-Parc de la Torre d'en Dolça (05) (urban parc owned by Vila-seca)

 

It's being built:

 

-Accelerator coaster (07)

-Golf North (08 )

-Golf Centre (08 )

-Golf South (09)

-Convention Centre (09)

-Residentials (¿?)

-Something in the south parking ¿Boulevard (City Walk)? (¿?)

-Something near the Beach Club ¿Hotel Beach Paradise and Spa? (¿?)

 

It's going to start very soon:

 

-Hotel Ghost Town (¿08-09?)

-Pandora's Box new ride for PA (08-09)

 

We don't know when are being built (before 2011 anyway):

 

-Hotel Tahiti

-Sport Centre

-The new Theme Park (before 2013)

-PortAventura new area

-Costa Caribe new area

-two more hotels

 

So, to sum up. There's a very little part of the whole masterplan that is unkown.

 

The masterplan is real and they are building it so fast. Before 2011 and the third park (Universal Studios) before 2013.

The Pandora's Box is supposed to be inside PortAventura Park in 2008 or 2009 in the China's portion of the park. It doesn't appear on the map.

If this is the masterplan, it looks like it cxould be a fantastic resort destination, to rival any Disney Park or Universal.

It's been some 5 years since I went to this park, so can I get a little help?

 

Is the dashed line on the left side of the map the train line? If it is, that means that down is north, right?

Wonder if Pandoras box has anything to do with Vekoma Rides Pandoras Box. If it is could be very interesting.

The cost of the last masterplan before this new one (It's almost the same) was 1'5 Bilion € so it's gonna be the same or maybe more. Among the resort, you will may be able to move by tramway.
