Leekak Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Hi all, I have just got back from a two week holiday in Orlando and can I say you guys over there know how to have fun. Anyway I hope I haven't missed this thread as Ive been away,so I appologise if Im repeating something that has already been posted. We had a great night at HHH 16 apart from the long lines, if I have learnt one thing its to get a fastpass, I went two years ago and swore if I returned that would be top of my list, sadly with all the excitment I forgot and ended up waiting 45 - 70 mins in line. Anyway four of us went on sunday the 22nd and we managed to see four houses the majority decision was that House under construction People under the stairs was the best for us we found that four big guys from the UK turned into four big scared girls. Thanks to everyone at Universal. Great night.
ECZenith Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Glad you enjoyed HHN this year... I went on the 2nd night of the event and express passes were sold out. Here were my wait times... Dungeon Of Terror-No wait Run:Hostile Territory-10 mins Screamhouse-25 mins Psycho Scareapy-1.5 hrs, longest wait of the night People Under The Stairs-1.5 hrs, didn't do this one... Psycho Path-1 hr, had to miss this one as well... My favorite of those was Run: Hostile Territory, it was the most original.
cfc Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 My favorite was the "All Nite Die-In"--I'm a sucker for horror-movie walkthroughs. Second and third would be "Psychoscareapy" and "Psychopath: Return of Norman Bates." My least favorite was "People Under the Stairs," but I didn't think any of the mazes were bad.
thefitness Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 I really can't chose a favorite all of them were good. But I was wondering why did so many people hate PUTS?I thought it had the scariest "atomosphere" It was Dark, and at some parts closterpobicly(haha)narrow,But the thing that got me the most was how loud it was in there! All the walls were ply wood or plastic so you could hear every single scream, and those shotguns! And that extremely loud alarm that went of was almost deafeing. Overall a scary Effing House, but not the best.
BeemerBoy Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 My vote goes to the parking garage. Can't get more horrific than that. http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30449&sid=3ae12a4773cd9939d6f57f6dd5abbba3
ECZenith Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 I heard mixed reviews on PUTS, didnt get to go through it... *First of all, it should have been done when it was really dark out as it's in a tent and a lot of light was coming through. *Helmet thing wasn't really working out - again. And it wasn't really needed because of ^. * I heard the actors were doing a GREAT job though and the shotgun trick was highly effective.
Chase Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 To read my TR on the Event: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30521
BarryH Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 The best house at HHN was Psychoscareapy. The Scareactors had more unique scares other than jumping out and going "Boo!"
