She and Ron are only out at specific times. However, those pictures are on New York Street; excuse me, the Streets of America. She must have kicked the Power Rangers out of their normal spot at the time. My picture of Kim and Ron in their usual Mickey Avenue spot. FYI, it was taken with Guy specifically in mind.
