obeygiant Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Nice TR! Those wait times are awesome! The past two times I've been to Universal, they were never that short. They gave my mom a little ray of hope that if we do go in the near future that the lines won't be too long. But, how did the Pterandon Flyers have the longest wait??
pvcoasterguy Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 ^^ Pterandon Flyers has a god-awful capacity. This, along with its popularity among children and families probably made it the longest wait in the park. Dueling Dragons looks really good now. And, I love Spaceship Earth, so it should be a credit. It has a hill... and a steep one at that. Really steep, actually, and it's backwards. But the warnings truly ruin that climatic ending to the ride.
Ryan King Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 Looks to me like you caught TWO TPR members in the shot...dont tell me that DOESNT look like Barry leaning over the counter!
munkyknum Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Cool TR. I'm trying to decide if I should do HHN or HOS or both. I'm leaning towards both. And I guess as you were coming down Saturday we were coming up to watch the Gators destroy UCF. edit: Maybe you were down here Sunday. I'm not very bright I guess. Still, Go Gators.
RCTfan Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I went to Universal/IOA last Wednesday, and discovered Sept crowds, which was amazing. There was about a 15 minute wait for the Mummy, but that was the worse of it. Everything at both parks was a just a walk-on. I even got a screen-less ride of Spiderman, which was interesting. Everything still moved and heard the audio, just didn't see anything. What is with Back to the Future closing? Do they put something in for HHN or is it just going away in general? I didn't hear anything about that!
