J-ELLO
Every Year being that most of my famliy is located in Florida, it is a tradition that my family drives down from Huntington, NY to Sarasota, Fl along I-95. Any person fortune enough to drive instead of fly of course knows of SotB. Warning: This report contains Sarcaism. If Sarcasim is not a second language to you, you may end up staring at your computer screen dumbfounded. As we are leaving the sun begins to set over SotB creating a glow off the tacky neon colors! Before leaving I decided to grab a bottle of water for the road being that the display was so tempting. After the amazing gift shop it was time to get ready to leave so I visited the great bathrooms in which Pedro greeted me sporting his best of orange wears. I was trying to create a pinata game with the two other people in the store, but sadly the employee said that there was no candy inside to save us the trouble. SotB is probably the only place that has gift shops that carry EVERYTHING else except things that would interest you.142 Before going back down the elevator I attempted to snap a pic of the water tower which read S.O.B. This image gives a great view on the Convention Center and Pedroland. ( Notice the lines are insane) Atop the sombrero tower the views are amazing, notice the ancient alien markings in the concrete roads. Inside the building at the base of the tower your eye burning elevator of doom awaits you. Being that I was running out of places to explore for a $1 I decided to take a ride up the tower. Another gift shop with a different facade, same stuff inside as the other gift shops. Im pretty sure that this ape will forever scar my dreams because I didnt stop in and buy a shirt. If you were to stay at SotB these would be your luxurious rooms. The front of the motel looks somewhat inviting but........ The Sombrero ride seemed to be pretty safe to ride on, except it happened to be closed "that day" Pedroland has some of the most beautiful sprawling asphalt gardens ever. Themeing at Pedroland was important so they decided to do it right the first time. Finally Pedroland (minus the SBNO roller coaster which is "under rehab" and will reopen.........in the future.), I bet you all envy me right now huh. SotB is saying that they too will soon have an El Toro of there own, just when they can raise enough of money to pay intamin. The Convention Center is home to the East Atlantic Porno Show.........Whenever its created. WTF!?! is a concrete bazaar. Pedro seems to enjoy our company. The Peddler Steakhouse offers fine dining in excellent atmosphere. (All of there food is glazed with pure surgar icing for Dan) Being that the place was totally busy we set out to find some fine cuisne. Look at the extreme traffic jam to get in. Any place that greets me with a politically incorrect sterotype is alright in my book. Here we are at the "World Famous" South of the Border

krouvi
I think this Sombrero ride was in a movie . I don;t remember the name of it but during this movie a woman took a bunch of old guys to ride the sombrero and one of them got a hurt attack. Does it ring a bell to anyone ? jamesdillaman
^ No one's complaining, . We all need these to make us say things like "Man, I'm glad Cedar Fair knows how to rund their parks" "Geez, I'm glad Six Flags has a great Family Atmosphere," and "At least the Paramount parks aren't filled with tacky theming." It makes us all feel a little better about home parks that we may not be proud of at all times. -James Dillaman
trustkill22
When we goto Myrtle Beach we see signs for the place in Virginia which is still like 9 hours away. This place looks horrible but after reading one of the other PTR's the guy said that this used to be the place to visit till it got dated.

TheGreatOne
Hooray "Sarcaism"! I honestly can't believe people stop here. I guess I'd have to stop too, just to experience the immersive themeing and fantastic customer service myself.
