How does everyone here make their rct2/3 parks?

 

Do you build a midway and then add on from there, or do you layout all your paths at once?

 

 

i usually build a midway and a coaster at the front of the park, and then expand it from there...

I design all the coasters and plan the rides out on paper first (if it's a custom park).

If I'm doing a recreation, I try to use graph paper to plan things out, to make sure I don't use up too much space or clog things up.

I first make all the coasters, stalld, flats, etc. near the front of the park, then put paths, handymen, securitys guards etc. Then I open the park, and expand whenever I want to.

the way id it is i just start buildin and i try to make it compact because that way u dont wast 2 much $$$$$ on stalls

Well I always built a sort of mainstreet or sometimes just a small path after the entrance and then I just start building. I never plan things beforehand

Just do sandbox mode. Im pretty sure thats what everyboyd else does also.

why dont you just make your loan size like 100000000000000 before you start?

I make an entrance building and then a main plaza. Then I put many paths branching out from the plaza into different sections of the park.

I like RCT3 but the screams arnt that real!!!!! I made a full sclae alton towers and it worked out pretty well!!!!!!!

I sketch out a park layout with all themed areas, the names of the areas, and the rides I plan to have within them. The strategy has worked for me so far.

Yes I know that but for the people that do play RCT3 mostly do sandbox mode. Plus, they dont have sandbox mode in anything else, so what the hell are you talking about??

I build my parks freehand, but I always have some sort of vision in mind of what the layout will generally be.

well i thought i was pretty oubvious that de didnt have rct3 because otherwise he would use sandbox mode anyway...

It differs with each park. With the park I'm building now (I'm not giving the name yet, haha!), I first built the entrance midway, and extended it.

 

With German Gardens, I built the entrance midway, and then branched off to the left. But Swahilli Village's layout was built first, then I filled it up with the rides and stuff. Same goes for California Studios.

I usually start out with a midway and of course a good imagination. Then I put rides scenery and what not.
