  1. Oooh! I have a better idea! Outer limits at PKD! It's launche,d it's ufn, and because it's enclosed, it would triple the time it takes yout og et bored of it because you dont memorize the track(tho Im pretty sure some nuts here do know the track by heart)
  2. Screw "no space". If I got my hands on a coaster Id find a way to scrape up a plot of land to put it in. I think I'd choose storm runner. extreme, innoventive, looks fun, and I would assume it would take a whiel befor one would get tired of it.
  3. ...This is the top coaster in my home park... A... *sniff*... Vekoma Boomerang. At least it's got modern cars. Now, the snake theming itself is kind of neat, if you ignore the fact it has a LIGHTBULB on it's head, but what horrifies me is... looka tht e bottom of the picture. Tiny potted frikken plants.
  4. Yep. It's Kingda Ka ^It is a cloudy picture. I mean the vertical pink line in the background! Im pretty sure thats the maintenance ladder

  6. Well, YOU try squeezing in a non-launched, super-looper intamin scream machine into as little space as Cedar Point have. I was honestly surprised they had enough room to build TTD.
  7. I did no such thing, the other picture was posted while I was writing my post.
  8. *slap* get out of this forum. just kidding, but seriously, asking "who cares what coaster it will be?" is like saying "meh, what do I care how far El toro is constructed" on the El toro construction thread.
  9. unless you're talking about someone else's picture, no, it isnt sidewinder.
  10. Hmmm... thinking back at storm runner, Im beginning to think this is a storm-runner style coaster
  11. I think youre not supposed to post a picture until youre told your guess is right
  12. You wouldnt consider the blue flash a credit?! If I rode it I would totally consider it a credit. open to public or not, it's still a coaster. When I was in a hotel, I was on arollercoaster that was only open for hotel members, does that mean I wasnt on a coaster?
  13. I never realized there were so many parks near NY... anyhoo, you could fit in coney island at some point. I know its not all that great, but since it's in brooklyn itself, it only takes up half a day instead of a whole day, so you still have time to sightsee, and stuff.
  14. Oh, poor you, having to settle for awsome rides such as superman escape, scenic railway, turbo mountain, etc. I know mos tof the rides in australia arent that good, but they still beat most of the rides in ISrael, not to mention you guys have a LOT more of them
  15. Wicked Twister. It may have been because I rode in the middle, but it was bore-o-rama.
  16. It sounds very rattley after the corkscrew. Although that launch doesn't look that great, its good to see a different layout insted of launch, up, down, brakes! After watching that video again, it sounds like it rattles alot through-out the whole ride. who cares? If a ride is smooth, it can rattle all it wants, just gives it a more coaster-y atmosphere
  17. I belive that yes, it would count as a credit
  18. ha ha, you think theyll allow being pantsless in an amusement park? I dont live in the US so I dont know the rules and regulations of no pants day
  19. what's the blue streak challenge? and with all due respect,s eeing as you only have 16 posts, I see youre not exactly a community veteran, so dont be surprised if people are less than willing to give someone they dont know and have barely spoken to free money, for a cause that my or may not be true. I belive your intentions are pure, I just think that youre expecting people to trust you a little bit too much.
  20. I would totally ride that. Of course, It would scare the pants off me, and then I'd jsut be some creepy kid flying aorund in his boxers, but then again, that can be quite fun. ...I need to wear tearaway pants next time I'm at the amusement park.
  21. I'm obviously not, but from reading this thread I feel as though I'm the only one here without any possibilities or palnst ob uild a backyard coaster. sure I would want to, but I live in the middle of the grea tmetropolis of Tel Aviv! Not only would my parents not allow it, we also wouldnt have any space without cutting downa tree(which we won't, because we're not cedar point), and even if by some astronomical chance all of the old people living above us go deaf and descide they wouldnt care if we built something in our backyard, AND we had all the permits, AND room, AND money, my parents would still not allow it. as for a possible coaster layout, I could easily think of one, but the thing is, I relaly disliek it when a backyard coaster is automaticlaly a terrain coaster, I perosnally think a REALLY good backyard coaster should have at least one elevated turn, can be just 30 centimeters in the air, ut if it's on the gorund it looks icky. though obviously, I guess being able to afford it is better than having it seem cool.
