Part 3 Toshimaen if you have seen Robb and Elissa`s Japan photos and wondered what the 'big green carpet' ride was used for, here is the answer. Thts the lot today, more tomorrow

Toshimaen part 2

Because I felt I had done all I could, without waiting in lines forever, at Fuji Q. I decided to head back to Tokyo on an earlier bus than I had planned and hit my bonus park of Toshimaen. I`m very glad I did, it was a great park and they had some kind of Fantasy role playing conference going on. Heres the pics Random Corkscrew photo However, when it returned to the station with me on, they had to push it back to the station! The partially enclosed shttle loop, was great Just in time Luckily she made it back This lady, calmly climb over the fence to retrieve a baloon While I was waitng to get a photo here i saw.... the Log coaster was great fun I thought this was maybe one of the characters that worked at the park Toshimaen is a park with rides dotted around

lol. I didnt get to ride the hamster coaster, even though the weather was great the wait times were huge. It seemed to be a lack of decent operations, rather than the amoun of people there. Anyway I only spent the morning at Fuji Q then went to Toshimaen in the afternoon. Will post those pics son.

Part 2 Fuji q The main one was down for refurbishment, but they had another one lurking in the woods. The 2nd must do is the haunted hospital And tis Heres why. Apart from coasters there are 2 `must do` s at Fuji Q. #1 is this toilet Tip1. If you are scared of feriss wheels, dont que for the 4 see through gondolas! Zola 7 is a really messed up shooting thing with a coaster section at the end

Photos from Fuji q Highland Part 1 It was a fantastic ride Even being there at park opening I waited 30 mins for Dodonpa this is not the actual wait time, but the wait time from that point. The 3rd que is for your photo on the freepass. No fighting with bears? You que to stand in another q and another one. Yes you que three times to get into the park! This is the first view you get of the park as you arive by bus

mYQUESTION IS REGARDING THE lEISBERG TRIP. iF i DONT COME ON THE WHOLE uk TRIP AND JUST MEET AT SOME PARKS, CAN i Still take the leisberg trip? Do you have any ideas how much it would cost? Thanks

This sounds fantastic. I will be in the UK that time and was planning to hit 5 or six parks. My question is. I would just be coming along for some of the days at some parks. I relize that I would not get the Park Perks, However will I be able to see the final itenery, even though I am not on the official trip? IE. so I know which parks you will be at, when and when you will be off doing other things, ERT, etc. so I can plan my days around you.

Can anyone tell me why the photos has apeared in the oposite order than I posted them? Sorry, just seen they are the right way round now. thanks, Now thats service!

Part 2 You get a great view from the ferriss wheel. But it was looping The Standing Looping coaster, was not Standing today The place could do with a nice clean up White canyon, actually looks quite impressive They als put on concerts here This is a really nice, long and fast swoop over the lake. this train is heading towards the camera Heres a shot of the VERY rough White Canyon this ride has a lift hill at the end This park has definatly seen better times. Bandit was running one train forward and one train Backwards

Now we move on to Yomiuriland. This was a great park. The positions on top of a hill was great. The only thing that was closed was the Standing side of the Standing looping coaster. I did get quite busy in the afternoon and the weather was quite nice. Heres the pics. Here is the park mascot Landog this is the first view yo get of the park from the cable car the classic sign found inside the cable cars However on closer inspection it is self exlanatory the ticket machine may look daunting, with no english you reach the park by cable car its about 20 mins out of Tokyo.

I was there from 1st April for 10 days, It was the weather that closed most of the rides. It was very windy. All rides were closed in Yokohama but it was Very Windy that day. I was very surprised that although they closed coasters in the wind the Feriss wheels stayed open. They were Very scary when yopu got to the top and the wind was whistling through the gondolas. Will post Yomiuriland next.

tobu zoo part 2 this guy is the parks mascot this was the busiest ride I saw all day. more closed things With beer bottle shaped target, It was closed! This was a strage, shooting game across a lake as you can see there wernt many qs today

I have a few words to say regarding Tobu Zoo before I put the pics. Frst off, when I went in early April, several of the rides were closed. Its also a while since I have been to a traditional zoo, so I was quite surprised by the condition of some of the animals. Its worth noting that I folowed, the very extensive, TPR Japan planning guide for most of my rip. Now I got slightly lost finding Tobu zoo, It was further than I thought from the train station and not imediatly visible. I had a GPS with me that saved my life several times in Japan, It even had the locations of the theme parks, which was great. Anyway Heres the photos. The parks skyline looks quite mpressive Another ride closed as was rocky, I was expecting that though. The G Max drop tower was also closed. My other main reason for visiting was this looping mouse, However it was closed today. Whilst it did look impressive, I found it Very Rough. Regina, was one of my main reasons for visiting the park. The Free Pass here is a sticker The enterance is not the most stunning in the world.

When I was there in April it opened at 9. The bus got me there at about 830 and there was already a huge line. The problem comes when they start letting poeple in. You have to q for the ticket desks first then q for the photo machines then q for the rides. great park though. You MUST do the haunded hospital walkthrough. It costs extra but is well worth the money, even wth no Japanese it was the best themeing I have ever seen, and genuinly scary, especially as I was on my own so they send you through in your groups. e is walked it alone.

last post with Disneysea. Thats it for Disneysea. I will post Tobu Zoo later on Today the shop in Mermaid lagoon, is themed on the belly of a whale. These aretwo, just got off the boat, theme actors. Its hard to believe this is not a real ship.

part 2 of Disneysea. This park is the most beautiful park in the world. It also went very quiet around 1PM when all the rides were walk ons. there where quite a lot of `suits` around. In TDL there were several groups of Ameicans too. the volcano erups every so often Hardcore construction pic. raging spirits construction The mountain is spectacuar from every angle. heres one for you crehos Twirly tea cu type things. Mermaid Lagoon

here we go with Disneysea then Tobu Zoo. part 2 coming up Bad picture, sorry the submarine ride is the only one t have single rider line, Again you have to ask to be let in Journey has got to be the best ride in the whole world. the characters arrive by boat to do a meet ang greet session the themeong is the best I have ever seen the first view at Disneysea is amazing when youn see the front of this ship you wont believe its actually sat on Tarmc. this will be tower of terror soon. beware, construction photos ahead. this time we get to take the monorail

I have to say I didnt do everything in TDL but I did all I wanted to. Disney sea was esily done in a day. I did Journey 10 times in a row. Having seen the crowds at tdl I was very woried about Disneysea but after lunch, all rides were a walk on!
