There's not enough known about the ride to know whether it's just a "reskin" of Star Tours. I'd wait until there's more details.

Sadly, it probably had better capacity than a lot of SFMM's rides too! Well they were running more than one car!

Hope they have the multiple ride scenarios if it is indeed like Star Tours. Maybe the different bits can feature different Avengers cameos?

Definitely do Mirror Mirror first if you don't have Fright Lane, although I would not wait over 30 mins for it honestly. It's a gimmick maze and doesn't offer much beyond the novelty of it being an actual maze. It's small and takes very little time to complete. I'd probably work somewhat counter clockwise around the mazes from there, ending with the backstage area behind Ghostrider with the four mazes.

These types of apps are only as good as the users submitting...popular locations like Disney and Universal will tend to be more updated than local parks like Kings Island. Really, parks themselves should be creating apps or mobile sites that have wait times, as they will be the most accurate and immune to users incorrectly putting in times. Disney is already on this with the MDX app, I'm sure we'll see other parks fall in line over the next few years.
