Is it safe to assume that if they are retracking Predator still under Six Flags management, that must mean they will probably never give Predator the RMC hybrid conversion treatment? The only major thing they did was rebuild the last curve. Its far from being an extensive enough refurb to not remove or renovate it. The ride still sucks overall. I doubt the new work cost much more than a couple thousand dollars. Ideally, absent a RMC conversion, this would be the next major work done to it.

And for the record, the Predator re-track is too small a section to make it enjoyable. Its only the last curve and it seems as though they did it to slow it down a bit.

This my first time on one. It runs two cycles, all the way up at one speed, comes down 3/4 of the way and goes back up at a higher speed. Everything becomes a blur at that point. Noticed some new stand signage, specifically the funnel cake stand by Silver Bullet and a few others. As far as todays ride closures, no surprises.

PARC painted Boomerang and Viper. Cant remember if it was them or Herschend that started ME and ROS.

Assuming by last time you're referring to last weekend? We know the big ole tarp blew off last year a week before the season began and then it has remained in that state ever since. Something tells me re-bulbing the attraction isn't the only reason they haven't acquired a new soft roof for the structure... The tarp actually blew off the night before opening day. But there has been opening days in the past where they didnt have it on and put it on later.

It also wasnt doing its backwards cycle this weekend.

Door under Viper's station was open, didnt look like the orange train was in there. Mind Eraser has 3 red seats and 7 teal seats.

Day 2.. Predator being closed is clearly related to track work, Motocoaster being closed is not as clear. I saw its flywheel spinning yesterday. Gotta wonder if Pirate is next to be removed.
