Definitely a non-story, local media grasping at straws per usual. The guy filming doesn't sound too bright either, and isn't even inside the park. That appears to be stuck on the lift hill. It's not as bad as what happened on Saturday. Usually this type of thing can be corrected fairly quickly. I've seen this happen multiple times on the Fiesta Texas' clone.

Not new, it's been around since at least the 2015 season. Maybe it was a teaser back in 2015 that we never paid attention to. I'm sure the park new about RMC Mean Streak back in 2015. Mean Streak is getting the Iron Horse Treatment. Maybe I'm completely wrong and I'm overthinking things. -
When was the train stuck on the magnetic fins?? In the photos when they were removing riders the train just appeared to be valleyed. Doesn't sound like it was magnetic fin related. It might not have been. Most likely the high winds caused it to valley. They used a crane to pull it up to the top of the hill and then released it. But it valleyed again, just not enough inertia to make it over the raven drop. I saw the whole thing today. At first, it looked to me like it was being held by the magnetic fins. But I could've been wrong. The ride was stopped on purpose by the safety system due to high winds. The magnetic fins are what stopped the ride. They then released the car from the fins where it valleyed in the little hump.

So how bout Mean Streak? Last time I checked this website wasn't Weather at Cedar Point Review -
I hope not. The capacity for the Raptor would be terrible for a crowded Fiesta Texas. I'm all for the T-Rex version though. To add to this speculation, you may be right. But I thought they were a lot further in testing the Raptor track than they are now. I wonder: 1. How long does testing take? 2. When will TREX testing start? 3. How long was the Free Fly testing before Six Flags bought it? 4. How long is the track production time? 5. What park is getting WHAT??? Well this prototype existed for more than a year before Batman was built That's the one I'm talking about. 1. However long RMC feels it necessary. 2. I think it just started around this week. 3. Around a year (that's from when testing started to Batman's Opening). 4. I honestly don't know. If track starts being produced pretty soon I bet it would be done by the end of this year. 5. Wish I knew but sadly I don't. Has there been a released capacity for the Raptor?

What launch? lol The launch for the 2nd half of the ride, making this the world's longest coaster Hey! Never say never!! Why are the uprights on the 2nd turn "higher than the track?"? If they added a launch it would be Lightning Rod all over again. -

LOL, that's about right. The work is being done in a way that I almost hope the ride name doesn't change. Mean seems like a fitting word to describe how it looks and it's not even done yet. The name should just be Meaner Streak. -

This is the same thing I was thinking. And according to Tony Mean Streak is gone. -
No, I did not get a chance to ride Mr. Freeze. We were going to ride Riddler but the line was really long, there were maintenance people at Catwoman fixing the ride, Skyscreamer was closed due to high winds. I rode Conquistador 5 times. I also rode the antique cars while I was waiting for NTAG to open. Too bad about Mr. Freeze, it's one of our best rides. Riddler always has a long line, that's because it's easily the best flat ride at any SF park. Or at least until La Rond and Discovery Kingdom open theirs. As for Skyscreamer, it's nearly twice as tall as the one at Fiesta! Too bad you didn't get to try it out. Catwoman is a Zamperla Endeavor 48 and the first of it's kind. Which is to say, a floorless Enterprise style ride. Coney Island has one, but theirs only has 24 seats. Riddler looked awesome. I'm sad I didn't get to ride the new flats.

I went to the park on Saturday (April 29) (stayed in Hilton Arlington) and went to Ripley's Believe It or Not on Sunday. The park was not very crowded (probably because there was a 95% chance of rain). It took about 5 mins. to go through security and the turnstiles. Most we waited for a ride was probably 15 mins. We went from sweating from shivering because of a cold front. Here's what I thought: New Texas Giant I had very high expectations, but this ride exceeded them. I only had time for one ride (Back Row ) and it was amazing. I don't know if I like NTAG or IRAT better. The airtime was awesome and I loved the length of the ride. Titan I had low expectations from reading about it, and my expectations were met if not below met. It wasn't bad, but it just really isn't fun. NO AIRTIME. Runaway Mountain I didn't know what to expect because I really didn't look at it ahead of time, but it was a nice, fun ride! It was a nice ride to escape the heat and to relax. Justice League Wow! The only dark rides I have ridden are Scooby-Doo at Fiesta Texas and Toy Story at Disney World, so I didn't know what JL would be like. It felt so real. It impressed me alot. I liked it better than Toy Story at Disney World, and that's saying something. All I can say is wow. I may seem a little crazy, but I love dark rides! Shockwave I love classic Schwarzkopfs, so I enjoyed it. The only bad thing I have to say about it is the dispatch times. It took 8-10 minutes because of the VR. (there were TEN ops running it also) We sat on the brakes forever. Overall it was fun and I enjoyed it. Judge Roy Scream I absolutely loved it. I may sound crazy, but I liked it better than Titan. I sat in row 2 and rode it once. It has some good airtime and I overall enjoy it. La Vibora Ouch! Very uncomfortable, I did not like it at all. When you hit the block brakes, it hurts bad. Don't recommend it. Batman I've ridden 3 other clones, so nothing new to me. Overall, the park was very nice. It wasn't too crowded either. We ate at JB's and Totally Kickin Chicken. Next time I come I am going to ride Mr.Freeze. Joker is coming along nicely, There is framing up on the back side of the strip. Also, the operators both is finished and the queue is coming along.

So many tweets on our favorite twitter account. Interesting how Track is capitalized on some new tweets and he capitalized the M and T in More Track! He also did it to Masters in his tweet in early April about Golf. Also look at the airtime bump and all the extra ledgers right next to it. Read this: Someone commented: Uh, it still looks pretty far from ready. Tony (supposedly): she will be ready by 2018 Tony: maybe even sooner?
