  1. Yeah...the wall on the right of the car opens up and the peeps exit to the right and into the hall to the gift shop. Thanks, guys! -Derek
  2. Sorry...can't use Youtube...it's too big of a file...plus...copyright issues... keep trying...the second host's site should be ready soon...I'll post that link when it's up. -Derek
  3. Thanks, guys!!! Glad you enjoyed it! About sending it to Disney...they'd probably sue me, LOL! -Derek
  4. Well, it has been tested and is now official. Grab your popcorn and plug in your 5.1 surround sound if you have it...you gotta try it with a subwoofer...it is crazy! The time is now... Here is the link to the movie page on Snowjones' site Snowwerx.com: http://www.snowwerx.com/movies.html And here is the link to the download on JMAinAZ' site: www.putmeonthenet.net/friends.htm Note: Snowjones is credited in the film as the only video host...only because I didn't finalize the arrangements with JMAinAZ until after the video was complete...but he deserves credit too. Thank you, JMAinAZ and Snowjones!!! I really appreciate both of you. And Marnetmar will be releasing the HTH sign object shortly as well. Enjoy! -Derek
  5. There's been a delay...both guys hosting the video on their sites are out until tonight...so it won't be until tonight at the earliest...sorry for the delay!!! -Derek
  6. We figured it out and fixed it...it has been uploaded and will be released tomorrow! YAY! -Derek
  7. Ah dookie! The first render attempt has a big glitch right in the middle...I'm going to try again overnight. Wish me luck... -Derek
  8. Thanks, guys! I'm rendering the final version of the video as I type! Hopefully it will be up for download tomorrow night! -Derek
  9. For comparison...Texas Giant is rough...it always gives me a headache. Boardwalk Bullet is rough too...but it doesn't give me a headache...even after several rides in a row. Something about the way it flows...smoother transitions or something. -Derek
  10. 13 minutes, of course. Actually...it is kinda funny that the video without the credits really did end up being exactly 13 minutes long...but with the credits it should run about 15 minutes. -Derek
  11. Won't be too much longer...the video's just about done...all I have left is the closing credits segment. -Derek
  12. Nope...we weren't out there yesterday. I was the guy in the Superman T-shirt on Friday night. I got to ride on the very first public train...1st car 2nd row. Boy...I'm feeling the soreness from Friday night...mostly on my left thigh from the one time I sat on the right side...I guess the seat divider did it. The more I think about this ride...the higher up my list it moves. It was so much fun and it is an incredible ride to look at. It has been said already but I'll reiterate...this is an incredibly unique coaster. I have never experienced anything like it. I love how the station is buried inside the structure with track weaving all around. It is amazing. -Derek
  13. We took a lot of photos and a ton of video. We'll see what we can put together. One thing I forgot to mention...if you ride at night, be sure to stop near the end of the exit queue and look to the left under the station and watch a couple of trains go through...they have these cool yellow and red lights down there for the on-ride photo and when the trains go through the strobe light effect is totally crazy. That turn, by the way, is the craziest, most insane banked turn you'll ever ride on a coaster...and to put the on-ride photo right after it was brilliant. Some people's photos looked like they were in a wind tunnel...it is hilarious. -Derek
  14. We just got back home too. We rode 4 times...tried the front car, middle twice, and very back seat. I must say that I liked the back seat best. Airtime on all the bigger drops in the back seat. The 2nd big drop...the one after the high turn up front is my favorite...it reminds me a LOT of the drop off the midcourse break on Texas Giant...except Bullet is much smoother. The whole thing is a bit rougher than I hoped it would be but not near as rough as Texas Giant or Rattler. My buddy Greg and I actually felt like the back seat was smoother than the front...call us weird. It certainly feels faster in the back though. Interestingly, the cars have stadium seating...I've never seen that on PTC trains before. The cars are very comfortable with very thick padding. The exit path is cool because from there you can really take in all the structure up around you. It is a BEAUTIFUL ride. The views of the Bay from the top are amazing. We ate at Saltgrass next door afterwards and sat by the windows facing the ride. I was surprised that you couldn't hear the ride at all from inside the restaurant. I was also surprised at how much the structure sways on the back Bay turn...WOW! This ride is very fun...and extremely fast. It is probably my #2 woodie now...behind Thunderhead...but I haven't been on too many woodies to compare. -Derek
  15. We'll be there too...not sure when though. See ya! -Derek
  16. so much for short lines... cough...cough...I think I need to leave early today...cough...wheeeze... -Derek
  17. I'm feeling kinda sick, boss...cough cough...wheeeeeeeze...I think I need to go home early...cough...cough... (See you guys there this evening ) -Derek
  18. Oh my GRANNY!!! Seriously??? Oh that would be sooooooooooo cool!!! -Derek
  19. So I don't understand...what are they doing to the train loop? Are the building the water battle ride inside the loop?!?!?! -Derek
  20. Couldn't agree more...the last time I rode the Giant...I thought I was gonna die. Rattler at SFFT is getting almost as rough. Pity...they both used to be fun... -Derek
  21. Hi! I'm from America but my wife and I went to Manchester last summer and we took the train to both Blackpool and Alton Towers. Blackpool is an hour or so by train to the west from Manchester and Alton Towers is an hour or so to the southeast from Manchester. We had lots of fun! But...Belle Vue Park is no longer there. Have fun! -Derek
  22. So...which part of the track is having the G-force trouble? Is it the part right after the first drop? Or the turn under the station? Just curious... AMAZING pictures, Jason! And Happy Belated Birthday! -Derek
  23. Soon those little singing children will take over the WHOLE WORLD!!! BWA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!! heh -Derek
  24. WOW! Awesome videos, guys! It still takes a couple of those hills very slowly...hopefully those spots will speed up by opening. Are they doing anything today? -Derek
  25. So do we know yet how Kemah weathered the storms yesterday? Is the coaster okay? -Derek
