  1. It's probably the speed on wood. Is El Toro rough? Whatever. Intamin makes rides as smooth as butter, but even Millennium Force gets rough after the first drop. And my vision was shaking on TTD's launch.
  2. Believe it or not, I actually went to *Montu* first. It's amazing. We took the train over, rode Kumba, Scorpion, and Cheetah Chase. We then walked over to Sheikra and hit it while my mother and a friend did Stanley Falls. Having done this in about *four hours* (this was a Friday in May!!!) I went around hitting Montu again, Sheikra again, and Kumba twice again.
  3. Obviously... But who gives about the gardens? Just a hire a Handyman and only allow him in the garden sections using the blue footprint tool.
  4. So, yeah, this was after World Poker Tour, and Son Of Beast is on it. ???????? Son Of Beast is one of the top 10 megastructures in the world? What, there were no skyscrapers or anything? Couldn't choose Millennium Force?
  5. Woah, that's sick! It looks like something you'd make in NL (at least to me).
  6. OK, on Coasterdude5's request, I've done the Zippin' Pippin from Libertyland. There were no pictures showing the entire layout so I used a Google Earth satellite image. No screenshots. [WoodenRC]Zippin Pippin.zip RCT3 Zippin Pippin.zip RCT2
  7. I've just recreated the Dania Beach Hurricane. This may have been the toughest thing I've ever done in RCT since I started the game in 2000. The track is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to recreate in RCT because of its limited track pieces. I could do it easily in No Limits, but RCT2 just does not have the capability to get a perfect recreation. Nonetheless, I've decided to make one, and after about 100 minutes, I have the track (just the queue and exit lines) and saved game (station as well). EVERYTHING IS AS CLOSE TO REAL LIFE AS I COULD REMEMBER. From the way the station looks to the queue line to the unused queue in the middle of the station, it's all here. The only thing I left out was the transfer track. Here's the coaster curving around the first curve. Ready to take its second drop. On-ride photo time. Going into the curve to the homestretch. Going into the camelback. You can hardly see the train through the realistically placed trees. Into the brake run! Train 1 leaving the block brakes as train 2 takes the curve to the lift. I think this curve wasn't banked but that's the only way I could get a downward helix. Also, this is the station shot. I couldn't get a green roof though. Looking into the queue and at the useless queue line. At the middle of the lift! And off we go! EDIT: Puke! I could've sworn that I used 6-across...I guess you'll have to replace it once in the game. Dania Beach Hurricane Construction.zip The saved game. Includes everything seen in the screenshots. Dania Beach Hurricane.zip The track. This only has the queue and exit path.
  8. I love you. I am utterly speechless. There is nothing bad to say about this park.
  9. NINETY DEGREES! OK, not quite... Awesome POV, though. I'd love to ride that.
  10. Whoa, slow down! Your theming job wasn't exactly the best, and you are adding WAY too many coasters...
  11. Park, considering that the your mom thing was sarcasm, the talking trash thing was not me being serious, and how I just discovered this thread yesterday, maybe you were a bit harsh. But yeah, guys, it has been a bit overdone now. We shouldn't take advantage of the forums just because Robb and Elissa are overseas.
  12. Can someone please lock your mom? Seriously dude, chillax for a bit.
  13. You need to experience both, but if I had a choice, I'd definitely tell you to go to Busch. Recently, my IOA visits have been getting worse, while my Busch Gardens Tampa visit was absolutely amazing. Let's compare: IOA Friday - 5/19/06 Fast operations on Hulk and Dragons Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Dudley Do-Right closed Horrid lines Express pass given only to paying customers/hotel guests 20 minutes to get food Two windows out of four open when the food line is FULL No shady seats Crowded even towards the end of the day Five rides in seven hours Busch Gardens Friday - 5/5/06 Fast operations on everything but Gwazi Lion Nothing closed Longest line was Sheikra - half an hour No express pass at all 2 minutes to get food All windows open All seats covered Crowds disappered during the last hour of the park's opening Insane # of rides in six hours It's quite obvious that Busch is the winner here.
  14. Woah, this is definitely one of the most awesome parks I've ever seen. Keep up the friggin' amazing work!
  15. Yeah, you look young. I did Race For The Cure last year but I didn't have to wear that jogging suit.
  16. I really really really don't mean to insult him, but I really really really don't like little kids, and this little $hit-eater takes the cake. He won this by either being related or at random. Why Hershey would even think about saying that this kid may one day work for them is a friggin' mystery to me, and just for that I don't think I'll ever visit Hersheypark or eat a Hershey's bar without an extremely sour taste in my mouth. In 2000 when I got RCT with Loopy Landscapes, I built a roller coaster called "Banker Breaker" that was MUCH better than this piece of $hit. It crashed after fifteen faithful seasons (while my friends and I were playing, no less!), but its memory still lives on. Thing is, I was about 7 years old and I built a better coaster than this kid. He looks like a MAJOR geek. That's not saying much considering I'm pretty much a nerd myself, but I get out of the house a lot and have friends; this kid looks like he spends his entire summer playing with an Erector set. Yes, I stole that from the Sandlot.
  17. Holy crap, this is the best RCT3 park I have ever seen. This definitely is up there with Geboldi parks on my top list.
