  1. I'm 6'5", and pretty muscular. I'm sure he fit fine
  2. It's incredibly ironic that a hobby that bigger people seem to love requires you to be somewhat in shape. Haha
  3. If you're right then that's nothing more than a cost cutting measure. I could see it, but the ride isn't in the way of anything. They could easily just build right behind it. 99.9% of the ride is over a midway so it doesn't take up any valuable space. Then again Six Flags Great Adventure runs the same buckets (originally from Six Flags Great America) so they might be thinking of sending them there for spares / parts because they're cheap like that. God I'd be so pissed... Maybe they could just build a Deja vu 2.0?
  4. I mean, let's put the pitchforks down for a minute. I grew up in mindbender and have been loving it for our over 20 years, but every coaster has a shelf life. AND if they were to put some new terrain bad ass coaster in its place I wouldn't be upset. Of course; I still miss viper, but I'm only bitter because they replaced it with the worst coaster at the park (superman)
  5. Thunderhead is the best ride there.
  6. Oh shit. It better not be scream machine or mindbender
  7. I'm cool with VR on Draggin Iron. On my last visit, I couldn't even be bothered to look in its direction, let alone climb the stairs to ride. AND I RODE CORKSCREW TWICE.
  8. I found voyage to be smooth as crap this season?
  9. I'm not a big non coaster rider when I go to parks, but I have to say that Dudley Do Rights is one of the best rides I've ever ridden.
  10. I just don't understand this. So because you are bigger, they should switch back to the old restraints and trains that were infamously bad? Just hit the gym!
  11. In my own experience, I've never politely said "hey, would you mind if I grabbed the front row?" And had them turn me down
  12. I'm pretty sure all they did was throw a new paint job on it. No part of the ride was reprofiled?
  13. Hey, just your average park goer with two working eyeballs chiming in to say that Cedar Point is a lot better park than Kings Island.
  14. You won't be dissapointed. The first drop is more memorable than Millie, the middle section is out of control crazy fast, and the last 3 hills have insane ejector air.
  15. I hate to say it for my Millenium Force baby, but.... FURY 325
  16. I think it just goes to show how freaking good Fury is. It still admonishes me it's a B&M. It would overshadow most rides at Cedar point too
  17. While on the topic of Cedar Point coasters, I'd like to put in a vote for Maverick. Those new restraints were uncomfortable for me, and the ride is kinda forceless. Don't kill me, CP fanboys, it's only my opinion. I mean........ Come on dude. I'm all about differing opinions but if you don't think maverick was intense, I think you only rode it in a YouTube video or in a dream. That thing is like a bucking bronco from start to finish
  18. I feel like the only one that prefers the back of the park. I love the black tarmac and western theming. It feels like what I grew up with at six flags. The new modern midway with top 40 music and 10 million people milling around just isn't my cup of tea.
  19. I rode, intimidator front row, with my roommate behind me. I literally turned to her on the top of one of the camelbacks when we slowed to a crawl....like turned my entire body and just went "what the hell is this?"
  20. Hey,the good news is, with as much as they have been fined, RMC would probably owe dollywood a second coaster by now!
  21. Why is intimidator so bad??? I blame the trains, and the lol "second half"
  22. Also, I feel pretty lucky to have ridden Son Of Beast with the loop!
