They added the 29th as a bring a friend free day as well if you didn't use it yet. The 19th is also a bring a friend free day. I'll probably skip both days even if I dont think they will be as bad as yesterday since you only get to use 1 bring a friend free day pass during these 3 dates and it seemed like everyone used theirs yesterday.

I hope nobody here decided to waste their day at bring a friend free day. I learned my lesson from being at six flags over Texas earlier this year but I had no choice cause it was the only day I could go. I wouldn't skip it, I've been on the safari 2x this season and have enjoyed it so much both times. We had a giraffe stick his head into the truck and a bunch of the animals were hanging out right near the road. I've been on the animal kingdom one as well and I feel like you are much closer to the animals at the six flags safari. I haven't stopped at camp adventura but you can pay like 5 bucks if you are a season pass holder to feed the giraffes. Its about 40 mins or so if you choose not to get off at camp adventura. I just went on it again this past Sunday and a ton of the animals were swimming and out and about. It was awesome. If she loves animals the safari is a can't miss to me. Some of my pictures... Been a wild day. Got 19 rides in less then 5 hours. I'm exhausted. El Toro 13x Grabbed some food Did the safari which was a walk on too Bizzaro 1x Joker green track 1x Skull mountain back row 1x Nitro 2x Batman 1x Awesome day!

I got 4 flips on the green side of the joker today. That's the most I've experienced so far. The ride is a blast when there is no line. Would never wait a long time for it though.

It made up for that day Saturday a few weeks ago that was a complete waste of time with how packed it was lol I hit some crazy downpours of rain where I could barely see coming down the turnpike but it hasn't rained here at all yet. My main reason for coming today was the next 2 Sundays are bring a friend free days and I learned from my trip to Texas to avoid those like the plague.

Hurricane harbor looks even more empty, I could see the parking lot from El Toro and there was barely any cars. I may do the safari if its open cause I need a break lol

Park is dead today. I just had my first ever marathon on a coaster, 13 rides on El Toro. Didn't have to go around through the queue, just kept switching seats for a few ride. My ass is kicked haha

The stitchs great Escape is sooooo bad but when it was alien encounter it was so damn cool. The atmosphere was much darker and having the alien spit and breathe hot air on you was fun. It's just not the same when it's a little fur ball doing that instead of the impressive scary alien lol I loved it as a kid but I've always been into horror but apparently it was too scary for Disney lol

^^^^^^^^^^^^ I showed up at 7pm last night, and there was no one manning the gate/entry, and loads of people exiting the park, so I said, "what the heck?" I wasn't trying to "cheat" SGFA out of revenue- instead, want to boogie into the park ASAP! I would have done the same thing lol good to know for future trips if I'm only going for the last hour

For a snack the Kettle corn is fantastic and made fresh, it's right near Goliath if I remember correctly. Part of the dining pass too if you have one.

Is that normal for memorial day? I would have assumed it would be way more crowded then that.

I never was on it prior this year but it was my least favorite ride when I went last month. I don't know if it was the restraints that were too tight or what but the edge of the seat dug into the back of my legs behind my knees and left some nice bruises. I've never had that issue on a ride anywhere before.

I ended up going tonight, got inside a hit after 830 and the lines were no longer then 20 mins for it. I got on 3x, the green side going up first and got 3 flips, then the purple side going up first and only got 1 flip then the purple side going up second and didn't flip at all. My biggest is that it seems like it's going to be luck of the draw as to whether or not the attendant lets you choose what side you want to go on. The first guy let me go to the green side after i asked but the girl said she couldn't do that and I didn't push the issue. I feel like it's a great ride if the line is under 30 minutes but I never see myself waiting any longer then that for it. I was able to get 2 rides on Nitro as well to close the night out. So 5 rides in less then 90 mins. Can't complain about that.

I'm gonna try to get down there tomorrow, might wait for some reports that it's actually running before leave.

That's a shame they changed superman, I was there a month ago and they weren't assigning people to rows. Like others said the queue is perfectly setup for people to choose what row they want. There is no reason to change it.

Great report! I haven't been to Cedar Point since 09 but reading all this and seeing the pictures have made me really want to get back there. Probably going to try to get there next year so I can hit up some of the other Midwest parks as well.

I haven't been to the park in a few weeks but I don't remember seeing those anywhere this year.
