I post over there as well, I wouldn't mind the flat package but I just don't think it would go in the chillers spot because to me it seems like a wasted potential when that space could have something else. I would really like to see the area over by zumanjaro utilized more with some flats since it's such a long walk already to zumanjaro some flats right near there would be great

From my experience it's a good place to go if you have kids or younger family members, really not much to do for adults though.

Does wildfire have an on ride photo? I've started to save up for a trip there, it looks so beautiful.

Same situation here, gf was tired and I didn't feel like going by myself. I've read the 4th isnt that crowded either, I want to check out the fireworks show and hopefully everyone else besides us are at bbqs lol

How are the operations on their vr ride? Do the headsets feel any different then the six flags ones if you have been on any of them? That park looks beautiful

Wow that's amazing nobody died, hopefully nobody is too severely injured. Those pictures are scary. This isn't important at all but why does that coaster have the Philadelphia Eagles exact logo on the trains?

I wear cargo shorts with a zipper and never had any issues this season at the park(been there 6 to 8 times) with someone trying to tell me that wasn't ok. Haven't seen any staff tell people they can't keep their phone in their pockets either. I rode El Toro twice this season with people holding up cell phones and filming during the ride and nobody said anything to them.

I rode Shockwave with the vr and hated it. My biggest complaint is the graphics, if it's going to look like a Playstation 1 game then what's even the point? I enjoyed the hell out of Titan but I'm not really much of a critic of coasters, I have fun on most rides except for Green Lantern. That one can rot in hell.

This is absolutely awful, I was on the virtual reality ride with the fighter jet and it was absolutely awful. Graphics look like a Playstation 1 game and the whole thing is just a waste of time. At least do this for skull mountain which has nothing to really look at anyway or the dark Knight which the theming sucks for anyway. I'm so aggravated by this decision. Hopefully this nonsense is gone after this season.

At the six flags parks I normally eat at the go fresh locations where you can get grilled chicken wraps with a side salad. They have other healthier options in comparison to the other places to eat in the park. I also usually sneak in a tiny bottle of water and just refill it at the water fountains throughout the day.

If you haven't been on the great adventure Houdini then definitely check it out. It's vastly superior to the new England one which was missing a bunch of things compared to the great adventure one.

All these pictures and reports are wonderful. The only thing that makes me sad is that I wish Six Flags and Cedar Fair would have at least half the theming that some of these parks have. They all look like a lot of fun. I would love to get over there one day.

Today was the most empty I've seen the park this season. I showed up around 4pm. My longest wait was 10 mins for the safari and everything else was a walk on. This time I decided to get off at camp aventura. Feeding the giraffes was an amazing experience and absolutely worth 5 bucks(1 buck off with the season pass) I highly recommend it to anyone. The staff working the feedings were extremely nice as well. My only slight complaint of the day were the amount of resturants that were closed but with how empty the park was I understand why. Also grabbed the red 15th birthday Nitro shirt and a red old great adventure logo shirt. We were debating doing the Log Flume but people were coming off absolutely soaked so I'm saving that for next trip lol Just an awesome day to be at the park. Gonna try to make a trip down today, weather is perfect for me.

I've been on nitro quite a bit this season already but in my last visit I sat I think it was 4th row on the right end seat cause I just hopped into the first empty row I saw and the seat really rattled a lot. That's the only time ive noticed it this season and I normally just get in whatever row has the shortest or no line.

For any of you season pass holders does it give you early entry for the Halloween and Xmas times? Cause I'm debating getting a pass but it looks like early entry stops on September 5th. Do they not do early entry at all during those times, even if you stay at one of the resorts?

I consider Great Adventure my home park, I can get there in about 35 mins. Coney Island is closer milage wise but the traffic that way sucks and I hate going to Brooklyn in general. I've probably been to Great Adventure 7 or 8 times this season. It's my first time in 10 years having a season pass and I've been going a lot early in the season cause I plan on skipping a lot of the hot days coming up in June, July and August. Been also debating getting a Hershey park season pass since my gf and I loved it when we went there and it's only about 2 to 2.5 hours away. Dorney is only 60 to 90 mins but don't think it's worth getting a season pass there unless I plan on traveling to the other Cedar fair parks, which is our plan for next year
