Looks like we have an announcement date! August 15th 2019! I went to MT announcement and it was fun so I plan on going to this one as well!

Awesome trip report! The park looks stunning! The beer stein was repainted as well during the off season! I can't wait to see the tree's in late Spring and early Summer on IS. I do miss the old fountains, but I'll give the new ones a chance as well.

The park also updated The Beast sign, it really looks good! Love all these little things they're doing!

Maybe work on dark rides, make them more impressive instead of just shooting at things?

I was next in line to ride The Beast when it went down, it was stopped right at the first lift hill at the top. I waited with my brother, along with everyone else for 20 minutes, and after that people starting giving up and leaving. It was very busy, if I go again on Labor Day weekend I'm going to get Fast Lane Plus! The line at La Rosas on International Street was super long, but it was moving at a normal to fast pace when I was in line, and the pizza's was warm, and everyone was very nice. They need more tables on International Street with shade over them, like what Rivertown has. The tree's along the Royal Fountain had some their branches cut off and now that does not help the problem sitting in the sun with no shade...

Dang next year is going to be an amazing year for new roller coasters!

How insane are some people? The park came out and told people whatever Cedar Point is posting it has nothing to do with Kings Island, it’s not their fault that people need to listen a lot better!!!

It was a great announcement, wonderful addition. The park already came out and commented on what Cedar Point is doing with the "Number 5 is Alive" thing, and said it had nothing to do with Kings Island.. Nobody can blame the park for being let down, I'm sure they just shrugged their shoulders when people kept talking about a 'new coaster is coming', they can't stop anyone from talking about it, you let yourselves down..

KI said they will broadcast it live from their Facebook page, starting at 1:45 so in 1 minute!

I hope it’s the Antique Cars, other choices I would like to see return is the Skyride, the KI Flying Eagles that should have never left, or a Ferris Wheel.

Hyperion looks great! I didn't realize how fast this park has grown in only 4 years!!! This park looks amazing to visit, and I hope it continues to grow in popularity!

I will never understand why anyone complains about getting in free, when if you weren't invited you'd have to pay to get in, that is a big enough bonus to not complain. I wouldn't invite these people back either Robb.

No way The Racer is going anywhere. If anything it might be more renovations done for Coney Mall next year or a new flat ride or maybe something for Halloween Haunt.
