I don't know what it looked like in 2015, but this year the Fence towards the pathway on the former platform where the ride was is gone. Could this mean anything? Probably not... but we will see

I wonder if they will start construction on Hurler during the Season instead of the Off-season. (If GCI is doing anything at all with Hurler)

Sweet! Kings Island/Dominions signs seem a little bit outdated to me, so this is awesome!

Full Throttle. I loved Full Throttle at night, especially in front row!

Carolina Cyclone was mine. It was also my first 'big' coaster.

Wow! Today was the deadest I've seen a park... Every coaster was walk-on front, including Volcano! There were more employees then people!

^^ Wow! KBF Fl+ when I went were like 60$ per person. When I went to CP this year, FL+ was around 90$.

Fury325 on Season Pass Preview day. About 4hrs, the line actually had to go through the maintenance roads by the ride. Cold, and INSANE!

People actually think this won't be an upcharge? They would probably make you pay a certain amount, ride the ride, return it. You break it, you buy it. I think it's cool, and I think I'll do it once or twice next year.

I really, really like Gatekeepers first drop. Or any B&M hyper/giga drop. They are just fun and you get some decent airtime. This isn't really a 'First Drop' but Full Throttle's top hat provides the best ejector I've ever experience.

It sucks Intamin hasn't been doing, well anything in the US. But it's understandable that parks are going to choose more reliable rides. B&M seems to play it safer then Intamin with their coasters. I do believe B&M is making a comeback though, especially with Fury325 being in a lot of peoples Top 5 .

This look amazing! I really hope the trains don't have those thigh crushing intamin othrs.

A friend at the park for Scarowinds today told me that there was a fight in the parking lot that included law enforcement. People these days...

Oh boo-hoo. Thats cute that you're just now nearing a seven 7 coaster drought after i305. I am certain after visiting this year that you are doing just fine with your collection. KD's turn to get something big? Who's the cycle through ( because obviously its not all the parks)? Were i305, Dominator, Volcano, Soak City, or Derilium not big enough / requested enough moves to satifsy you? The big parks have taken many turns and the samll parks are still waiting on their turn. Don't like KD? Go to BGW. Don't like either? Go to SFA for all I care. Dont like any of them? Well congrats. You can live like me, with no home park (after moving here, that is). My home park is Carowinds... And I love KD! Do I think they are in need of a new coaster? Well holy Frito Lay I do! I was simply stating my opinion. Don't like the KD discusssion thread? Go to the BGW one. Don't like that one either? Go to the Sfa discussion for all I care. Don't like any of those threads? Well congrats.

The park just made it's largest investment ever 5 years ago. Plus the park has invested into multiple ride rehabs, much needed infrastructure upgrades, Windseeker, Dinosaurs Alive, Planet Snoopy & Soak City expansions, and next year's Delirium. That would easily be greater than or at least equal to another $25 million coaster. I don't know about you but I'd take the multiple additions per year for multiple years, than a singe ride for one year with a drought between. Park demographics are made up of more than just thrill seekers, hence Planet Snoopy, Soak City & every family ride ever. I understand this, but the park is nearing a 7 year coaster drought, and inbetween they have added something for everyone. It may be your preferance to get a new slide complex/planet snoopy expansion in 2017, and that's fine. I'll be surprised if KD doesn't get a coaster in 2017.

^ That really sucks. Sure, Carowinds is only 20mins away from me and it makes sense to keep growing the park... ...but it's KD's turn to get a coaster/something BIG.

I think a wing coaster (once again) would be perfect for KD! I've only ridden 2 and thet are fun rides. (I don't understand the hate for Gatekeeper. It's not BAD, yet people talk so much s**t about it.) I wonder if there is a possibility of the 'Fury' name being used. (Intimidator, I305).

^ A test seat would also do good as well. Sure; Some people don't use test seats but at the same time some people DO use test seats for the convenience of others. I'm not exactly sure why some people EXPECTED it to duel much after Media Day. I mean, this is Six Flags we're talking about.(edited due to paste issues on mobile)
