  1. Is it fill in any available row or do they let you wait multiple trains for a specific seat? They are filling the station and you can wait and pick.
  2. Good news. The park is now allowing choice of seats on Wicked Cyclone and on Superman during the non VR hours.
  3. Who knew that receiving a Bag O Crap could put a smile on my face. Now I just need to find my Atari LOL. Thanks TPR for my Kings Island map and a whole lot more! Whole Lot O Crap
  4. No problem just felt like it was a lot of general statements that aren't always accurate from previous years and insulting to the employees in many instances. I've met and talked to several good employees for all the ones that aren't and yes I agree there are plenty that do suck. That can be said for any business. Also on the ride side SFNE did get the largest Sky Screamer and GA did make theirs larger based on feedback. It can happen and it's been designed so it's not custom in my mind. Either way a new coaster is coming to SFNE! Eh, it goes without saying that there are some employees at SFNE that are great and I've encountered some of them but we go to a lot of parks and as a whole Six Flags New England routinely has the worst staff of any corporate park anywhere and the worst staff overall outside of Jolly Roger and Rye Playland which are both together in a league of their own. It may not be a nice thing to say, but in my opinion it's also an honest observation. That's not to say they don't have a few people that rise above the climate of mediocrity and rudeness towards guests but those people are the exception, not the rule. The staff is a little better than they used to be. Ironically I think the single worst year they ever had staff wise was the year they were voted by the Golden Ticket awards as the 5th friendlest park in the world (which had to be done sarcastically). I can't disagree with you. You have more experience than me just felt it was a bit much from what I've experienced. We are on the same page about some good employees. There are plenty that aren't but they are kids. SFNE has been making solid additions which is promising if nothing else. To me a lot gets rectified if they ditch the assigned seating. That's the biggest SFNE issue in my mind.
  5. So you'd prefer a bathroom over a beginner coaster? That Boomerang stinks. It is easily the roughest one I have ridden (Zoomerang is alot better). Also the park still has Thunderbolt which is a way better beginner coaster. It's smoother than others that I've ridden. Yes TB is good as well but it has 0 inversions. Hence beginning coaster with inversions. Goliath is crazy rough so should both get removed for nothing other than a relief spot? I get where u guys are coming from but if you take them away nothing better replaces them right now. Why would u want that?
  6. So you'd prefer a bathroom over a beginner coaster? Since when is a Vekoma Boomerang considered a "beginner coaster"? And yes, unless it has the new vest restraints, I'd take the bathroom over a boomerang. In a bathroom, you get rid of crap, on a boomerang, you ride it instead. From a coaster that has inversions does it get much more beginner these days? Hence my comment. If you take it out for a bathroom how in the world does that gain anything positive? You can still relieve yourself in any other restroom with it still there!
  7. Never had the chance to ride one but have always loved the concept so yes I would love to see some new reimagined ones added.

  9. That's nice. So what's that supposed to mean? Just making a statement. It means that I totally agree with you that that would be wonderful, but there's a better chance of this park running 2 trains on Thunderbolt, giving guests free soft drinks, not hiring a**holes to work at every food stand and offering to give every guest a complimentary b***job on the way out than actually getting a custom free spin. (Can I say that? I know Robb has said it. Oh well, I'll put stars there. Stars make everything better) Wow. You are over the top wrong on so many levels here. Not even worth answering. What I mentioned isn't even "custom". It was an already shown design.
  10. Seems like a great addition. Would love to see it be the larger version to make it standout more compared to GA's version.
  11. Front row is still awesome. It's intensity is one of if not the most I've ever experienced. The rest of the rows are rough at best.
  12. According to SFNE Online starting today VR is only going to be offered between 1 to 8 pm each day now.
  13. I haven't heard any solid eta's for Goliath yet but I know the park is working on it. As far as rides to hit definitely Superman first just due to the dispatch times with VR. I'd try it with and without if you can. The rest of the park will be much less of a wait. Sky Screamer does take a while just due to capacity.
  14. ^Agreed. No advantage to the park to have the staff available to run it or anything but yet they did. This is definitly not a something to complain about. That's solid operations.
  15. I thought I've previously read that the actual sim / theater was gutted from the building a while ago. If that's true I don't see them building it again.
  16. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed your report and hope to visit this park one day.
  17. If this year is a JL in Chiller's spot where and when do you think we will see the next real coaster expansion? Really wish this spot would have been saved for Chiller 2.0. JL in the sim would have fit perfect.
  18. Any updated reports on this park. I know Greezed Lightning is open and VR on Demon is soon. I just haven't gone yet this year.
  19. It wasn't all RMC's. WC is fine as is most. Lightning Rod and Wildfire seem to have the issue.
  20. When looking at coaster queue it shows a 5 min wait right now so it appears to be open.
  21. There is a full pov from media day including the entire animation as well. I'm sure it will get up here soon.
