They've gotten a themed spinner, possibly the best RMC makeover so far, Justice League, and a Sky Screamer all in the last few years. I think they're gonna be okay. I didn't say that they needed something more, I simply stated that it isn't much of anything. I wasn't saying theres anything WRONG with that though...

Wow!! Did they turn off the language filter? I was thinking the same thing Seriously though... -
I'd say they spent a decent amount of money, a ride like Riddler Revenge is probably around $4-5 million while Catwoman Whip was probably an additional $1-2 million. They probably spent close to the same amount Great Adventure spent on Joker. Oh wow the rides cost that much? Well still we need something other than bumper cars, thats my point. And also its my opinion.

the park JUST got two brand new rides (both of them amazing), and they rethemed crazy-legs to Harley Quinn. why expect anything from them for at least a year or two? if bumper cars show up, it's a bonus. . I seriously do NOT get the bitching from some people. sheesh. Two rides that the park did not spend alot of money on compared to some of the other parks. Also, I am expecting something from them because Six Flags adds a new attraction to every park each year. Six Flags doesnt just put in bumper cars theyve never made that small of an addition. It has been 14 years since we've gotten a big new coaster, (I dont count NTAG). Im not saying that i need a new coaster though. Im not saying that at all. Im saying that we need something besides bumper cars. If the bumper cars were maybe a part of a fanily ride package I would be grateful, but even for SIX FLAGS standards, just bumper cars is pretty low.

Pokemon GO at Theme Parks!
coastercrazi replied to Peeps28's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I fail to see how this is a bad thing. So parks are taking advantage of the game and encouraging people to go outside, come to the parks, walk around and have fun in addition to riding coasters and stuff? I'm sorry but anyone who thinks this is not good for parks or for humanity is a complete moron. All I ask is that people play safe, follow the rules, and don't do stupid crap. But we didn't need Pokemon Go for this to be an issue. I don't think that Pokémon Go is a bad thing in any way and I really like it. I was just saying that it's going to get sort of dangerous if people start getting careless. <--Being what "out of hand" is referring to. I see like everyone on their phones at parks and I'm starting to get worried. -
Pokemon GO at Theme Parks!

There are pockets for your phone on the trains of the new texas giant that face the riders so you open pokemon go and put the phone in the pocket facing towards you. Then, since you are traveling a lot, you will see a lot of pokemon. I guess people are so crazy about the game they will do anything to get a rare PKMN. -

OMG IK Pokémon Go is getting sort of out of hand. A lot of parks have ENCOURAGED the USE of Pokémon Go. For example: Six Flags New England Posted on their Instagram, "We have tons of Pokémon here! Come play! We have poke stops and gyms!" -

Great TR. It's always interesting to see what different people think of Carowinds. -
Hey now, maybe I like to pretend I'm a superhero and fly in circles! Besides, Yosemite Sam kicks all sorts of A$$ throughout the river adventure...well until the end that is when he has some, um, technical difficulties. I mean personally Batwing and Yosemite Sam are my top 2, but the general public seems to enjoy other rides. I don't get it.
