Actually we get better discounts at other CF parks than dorney. we get 15% off at dorney, i got 25% off at CP if i recall. We also get free parking at all parks as well. We get all the same perks of having a season pass.

Same goes for Thunderhawk at DP. There is no way the park removes that.

Corkscrew would be a mistake to get rid of. IMO its a wonderful coaster. Its small and compact, and very enjoyable. One of my favorites at CP tbh.

Gemini was a good coaster. I only rode it at the last second just to get the credit before heading home. It was a good ride, i enjoyed it. It could use a little refurb, but not for it to go bye bye. Cedar Creek Mine Train was awesome. I would hate from them to get rid of that. Any news if the boat is okay?

The drive from KI to CP is not that bad at all. When i did it back in September, left the hotel at around 10am, cried while i went past KI, and then got to CP around 1:30pm, and stayed until about 6 or 7, right before park close, and we did everything we wanted in that time span. The 10 hour drive home after was the worst part

I stayed here for my trip bak in September, rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, the indoor pool was relaxing, and the service was fanastic. Next time I go it to KI, I'm staying there again.

If you're looking for a hotel to stay at near kings island, I highly recommend staying at best western mason. It is one exit away for the park and it's beautiful.

I don't know about that. I say that all the time about dorney. With Hershey and Great Adventure being an hour and an hour and a half away respectively, you would think CF would do more with Dorney to help compete. But they don't. Maybe it's because of a lot of the restrictions that park has, who knows. Maybe they would since wonderland is a bigger park than Dorney. Only time will tell

I believe that all parks will have this in the next year or so.

Sell the land and then get two wonderful B&Ms. Not bad. I would of imagine that it was used as over flow on busy days. It is a pretty big plot of land. And could you consider Leviathan as the first CF front gate coaster? I kind of goes over the front gate.

At SFA you get the worst employees in the chain. At SFNE you get the worst clientele in the chain Worst employees? Someone hasn't been in a while. I hear the same about dorney. I hear we have the worst, then i hear we have some of the best.

On top of the track being massive, when i visited the park back in september and they had the track out on the midway, i went over to check it out. I was amazed at how damn massive the brake was on the track (least thats what i think it was,) I wanted a photo with the track but my friend was an ass and wouldnt take my picture

I am checking out the park on Google Maps and that big park of land just north of the park, across from Major MacKenzie Dr W, was that owned by the park before? All the roadways lead into the main parking lot. But if you go on street view, there is land clearing going on and the tunnel to go to the main lot for the park is covered and blocked off. I'm just curious.

They have a lake about 50 yards away that they could use for a splash down

I believe desolation will stay. If you look at the photo, the building is desolation. Everything to the right is where food fest could go. The small building is the DIM building that went.

At least there is a "Whats new" page. Dorneys is just the 2016 season pass and the offers it has compared to the Platinum pass (which is only one thing) and their new passholder exclusive page.
