I can't stand when you're trying to make a statement and then someone blabs in the middle of your sentence and yaps on for 20 minutes and changes the topic during that time and you never got to make your statement. My uncle LOVES doing that. Also when you are recording or taking pictures of YOURSELF, and other people get in the way and start b*tching about THEIR privacy or some other unknown reason that you weren't even intending to record but then they get in the way seemingly to have a reason for them to make YOU put it away. And I'm not talking about on rides (I understand the reason for that, in some cases anyway) but in general. Like I always liked making recordings of my cousin Courtney and I (she is perfectly fine with it) and in 2010 we were at McDonald's recording us playing with a bunch of happy meal toys when the manager came out and started yelling at us about employee privacy, and we weren't even recording past our table. And the manager knew that and threatened to kick us out anyway.

Let me say first off that I have been to so few regional parks but if I throw in carnivals, the number pretty much doubles (7 regional with one defunct, and one of them when I was like 2, and 6 carnival/fairs). Though that isn't important and those numbers will change soon, I just am curious. Because, I was asked once what my three favorite amusement parks are and I said "Cedar Point, island's of Adventure, and the Ohio state Fair".

I don't know why I just thought of this out of nowhere but when you were a kid, if you ever got a kids meal from McDonald's, Burger King, or somewhere else and it came with a toy, which one was your favorite that you can remember? My favorites were the singing American Idol dolls with the humongous heads and tiny bodies. I had a green one and an orange one. And I was a littlest pet shop fan too and had about 4 of the toys I got in kids meals. All from McDonald's and all in 2008. Sadly, none of which I have anymore.

So I can't seem to figure out why everyone calls full-throttle the YOLOcoaster nor why this site keeps changing that when I put "Full-throttle". Help?

How many times the same ride in a day ?
TheHalonSystem replied to mingsai's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
When I was 6 I rode the magnum like 7-8 times in a row on several occasions. Usually it was in the back seat right before the park was closing. -

Yeah I heard. Probably won't be doing international anytime soon (my Aunt Missy told me I have to hit up all the parks in the US before I can do that.). But it's good to know ahead of time and I'll make sure I have a secure sturdy place to put them just in case. And I might do a "crash test" with a strap where I shake my head violently and move every which way in a sense that if they don't have a strap. And probably the first few coasters I go on with them I'll keep my hands by my face in case they slip (might actually try a more aggressive ride for that so I can feel more confident on tamer ones if all goes well).

And I guess no one said anything to you either. My mom said they definitely will make me remove them on Dragster, but my cousin Ashley even rode Dragster with them and had no one say anything to her, so I guess your case is exactly the same as Ashley's. I'm feeling a bit more confident now. I have always been able to keep them on for TTD, Maverick. MF, etc. Unless things have changed since 2013 they will let you use them also. The most that ever happens to me is that they ask me to turn my head so they can see and confirm that I do have a strap attached and that it is snug. At my home park VF they ALWAYS check to make sure I have the glasses secured with a strap when riding Steel Venom and have never asked me to take them off and that ride has some forces on the launch. From my experience this is how all CF parks operate and I have never been asked to remove them at a Six Flags park either as long as I have them secured. Ashley went in 2014. So I guess not. And I think I remember back in 2009 riding Dragster an attendant asked a girl sitting behind me to remove her glasses and she informed her that it had a strap and the attendant told her "oh okay, nevermind. Sorry about that." (The staff at CP are really nice). And I know it says to have a strap, on the sign by Dragster, so idk what my mom was talking about. But how do I get her to let me?
