Totally thought that CGA would be open at least a few days in November, but it turns out its last day of the season is November 1st. How crowded would it be? It says it's open from 10 AM to 5:30. Is going to a park on its last day of the season a bad idea?

A few at Disneyland! I've been stuck on Splash Mountain twice, once when the logs piled up in the final scene, and once at the very first lift hill. The one at the lift was about 20 minutes, while the other was more like 5. Of course I've been stuck on Astro Blasters, how else would I get my high scores? Every single time I've been on Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, it's broken down. The evacuation there is neat, since you get to see everything close-up. Indiana Jones has broken down on me quite a bit too, but never long enough for an evacuation, more like 2 minutes tops.

Extremely excited about this! I have a feeling it will open next season though, as opening during Scarefest may not bring the best publicity. Also, glad to see that none of the theming on the ride itself has been changed, hopefully the theming around the area will return soon as well!

Thank you, I'll check that out! I'm aware that Blackfish is a load of crap, haha. Greatly exaggerated, but with a pinch of truth in there. I still think that the enclosures and the shows are...less than stellar for the whales. I don't think they live horrible, agonizing lives. I just think there's more Seaworld could do for their whales specifically to make said lives a lot better. (The new enclosure being a huge start!)

San Diego native here, I sorta grew up at SeaWorld. The first time I saw Blue Horizons, I laughed. It seemed way too corny for the locals. I think it suits Orlando a lot better. The over the top performance works better there, rather than the more laid-back vibe from Seaworld SD. Also, I know I may be in the minority here, but I haven't been to the park since Blackfish came out. I would go if someone bought tickets for me, but not pay my own money. With that new Orca enclosure posted a few pages back...that may convince me to give this park another try. It looks ten times better for the whales. It still isn't the best, but it's better. I miss that park a lot, and seeing it on a daily basis has reminded me of my fond memories of the place even more. I think I went every week or so from around age 7 to 16-ish. The last time I went was right after Manta had opened, and I got to ride it twice. My heart is so torn. (Same with Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Medusa is one of my favorite rides, but I don't want to give that park money after seeing how poorly their big cats are treated.) Anywho, if those plans for the new orca enclosure go through, I can personally say that a lot of locals will definitely flock back to the park, myself included.

Big Bad Wolf and Drachen fire top my list, like many others. For sentimental reasons, the Peoplemover and Rocket Rods at Disneyland. I know the Rocket Rods were awful, but still, seeing that empty track there makes me a bit sad. Also, even though I never got to ride it, the original Journey into Imagination with Figment at Epcot.

Hey everyone! I'm Amelia. I was definitely a Disneyland kid growing up, and I consider it my home park. Within the past few years, I've really learned to love theme parks and roller coasters as a whole! So far besides Disneyland/DCA, I've only been to Knotts, Sea World San Diego, and SFDK. My dream park of the moment is Alton Towers, I'm absolutely in love with the elaborate theming there. I'm an aspiring storyboard artist and animator! Dreaming to work at Disney one day. Planning on heading to SFMM (first time!) in the rain tomorrow, 50% chance of rain apparently. I want to at least get credits for Tatsu, Yolo, and X2. (And take some photos of Twisted Colli's construction, of course.) How bad is it in the rain? Should I wear...goggles or anything? My last experience of rain in a theme park was at Knott's, and everything was basically a walk-on. It was real light, but still.
