I always get asked my ranking of coasters at my home park and I have a definitive 1 and 2, but after that I never really have an answer so maybe this will help me organize my thoughts. Cedar Point: 1. Maverick 2. Millennium Force 3. Valravn (Probably just the newness, but I REALLY enjoy Valravn. Might change places in a couple years) 4. Top Thrill Dragster 5. Magnum 6. Raptor 7. Gatekeeper 8. Rougarou 9. Wicked Twister 10. Blue Streak Update: This didn't help, and now I'm second guessing everything. Oh well

Definitely a cool concept and I like the straying away from the Superloops. Should be a great fit for smaller parks and establishments, I just hope we don't see these popping up at every six flags park

Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to get early entry and I don't know of anyways to "sneak in" if that's what you're referring to. Honestly though if you have fastlane plus you'll get more rides in than you really need. Have fun! I actually work in guest services, and unfortunately no, the 2017 pass benefits won't start until 2017. Sorry about that! And no, there's no other way to get in to early entry without having a platinum pass or staying at a CP hotel!

That it does. My inner optimism is hoping that this announcement is just a precursor and we'll see a mean streak announcement the same time as the closing ceremony. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see

I think what he meant by the 3 next years being pretty serious is that they're seriously set in stone. He goes on to say that those next 3 years are basically confirmed for them.

Guys I think we're missing something...

Most schools will be back in session, but it will still be a weekend. But if you're getting FL+, don't even worry about how crowded it'll be. The most you'll wait is like 30 minutes for maverick, and everything else should be 20 or usually less. Maverick can be hit or miss, but it's pretty rare it'll be down for more than an hour or so unless it's early morning. You shouldn't have much of a problem, I hope!

They put a lighting package similar to Fury 325 I believe. I remember people calling Raptor's lift hill a green lightsaber It'll definitely stand out more and I think it'll look great.

Yeah, that's what it is. It's for if a train stops at the top for any reason, it prevents all of the weight of the train from being placed on the wheels and creating flat spots. It's the same way with the storage tracks. I/m pretty sure that's what those rails are for. That makes absolutely no sense. If you're talking about the wheels on the tips of the rows, then you're way off. Those wheels are a good 3ft away from the space in the catwalk that I'm talking about. Then the only thing I can think of is for the evac platform that they can build up top...

MF had quite a rattle, you didn't really FEEL it, but you could HEAR it. And they replaced the bodies of the trains with fiberglass instead of metal which makes the trains sound a lot better. So in terms of that, yes. Hopefully the B&M rattle can be fixed...

After seeing this...I am 100% on board with this project. As if I wasn't already...This looks phenomenal, and I can't believe CP is getting a dive coaster. I truly am excited for it.

I remember in a Q&A either Tony or Jason stated that raptor was on the list for a repaint. As well as TTD, but that TTD would be a multiple season job.

98 days, close enough! Today is 101 days since Rougarou opened. If it was actually 101, THEN I would be concerned...probably would have cried.

What if Rougarou was open for 101 days and then the man was killed

My only real thought is maybe there's something themed around death for the new coaster? It is a dark theme, so I guess that's possible.

For the people saying that there should be more warnings and precautions, what do you expect them to do, say "If you happen to lose a loose article on the ride, contact one of us." RIGHT AFTER "No loose articles are allowed on this ride." Hmm...

I've learned this from talking to a few dragster ride ops, once the winds hit that speed the ride's computer automatically shuts it down and they can't control whether or not they launch trains.

Arrow - 4D or loopers Vekoma - Flying dutchmans HUSS - N/A Sally - N/A Morgan - hypers Chance - Mega Lites (Lightning Run) Schwarzkopf - Shuttle Coasters.

Referring to what I said earlier, I tweeted at the park, as well as Tony and Jason, and Jason responded back to me saying that the announcement WILL be open to the public. Therefore, I WILL be attending. I'm excited.
