  1. It is most definitely a steel structure for the lift. This thing looks crazy! I am really impressed by the new design! But did I miss something? Why did they change it? I'm guessing this structure was planned from the very beginning and not a quick change due to the bad weather and what not. If I'm not mistaken Alan S. Said at Iaapa that the supports on Goliath were indeed going to be different than in the concept art.
  2. The shape of it reminds me of a Gerstlauer Eurofighter lift hill tower/beyond vertical drop. :3
  3. Alan Schilke, Ride Centerline, designed the Lightning Run trains and he also does the RMC trains
  4. I'm pretty sure those parts aren't from the train at all, but from the vertical lift hill itself. they look like those round things that guide the chain through the track.
  5. RMC fills the steel topper track part with non-shrink concrete so it won't crack or shrink in anyway.
  6. Am I the only one that's really not that impressed with this? This is basically just RCT3 mixed with Hyper Rails... It'll be fine for "general coaster enthusiasts" But I believe NL2 will be way more powerful than this with the scripting it can do and to be honest the wooden coaster supports look like they came from RCT3 with barely any change... No wonder I don't really see anyone excited about this besides on tpr.
  7. Screw Theme Park Studios, No Limits 2 is going to blow it out of the water!
  8. 2 cars per train? Hopefully this has more than 1train or the capacity will be just awful.
  9. I think the layout will be like this: OzIris type first drop, Dive Loop, Loop around the lift hill, 0-G Roll, Batwing type element, loop, Over-banked turn, Helix into the brakes
  10. If I'm not mistaken all Gerstlauer launched coasters have that little drop before the launch, I believe they call it a "rolling launch"
