  1. So far... Hersheypark Six Flags Great Adventure Trimper's Rides Jolly Rogers at the Pier
  2. I don't even know where to start...it looks like Flashback meets Manhattan Express meets WTF?
  3. El Toro yesterday... I thought I'd be extremely hard pressed to go on a woodie better than Phoenix. Well, I'm a damn fool.
  4. When I was at Great Adventure yesterday they made us empty our pockets before we went through, and if SFA's security is anything like that, this likely occurred in the parking lot or right outside of the gate.
  5. 2000 Lightning Racer - Hersheypark Wild Mouse - Dorney Park 2001 Talon - Dorney Park 2002 Roller Soaker - Hersheypark 2003 Top Thrill Dragster - Cedar Point 2004 Storm Runner - Hersheypark
  6. I've been thinking about this for a few days, and I decided that this summer, as a graduation present to myself, I'm going to organize a trip for me and probably a friend or two. I haven't been to a park since IoA in 2006, so I figured it'd be a nice way to A: enjoy my last summer before college and B: get back into the whole roller coaster scene. While all of that sounds all great, there's a problem. I currently have saved $0. Also, I have no job (trying to fix that as I type this). That limits the distance I can travel and the amount of parks I can go to. I'm trying to limit it to places that I have never been to before, or parks that have added rides that I'd like to ride for the first time. I've narrowed it down to two options, and need some help on which one I should choose. I'm looking for the more financially feasible option, but if I'm convinced that the more expensive is a much better option, I'll go with that one. Here are the options: Choice A - Midwest Day 1: Cedar Point Day 2: OFF Day 3: Indiana Beach Day 4: Holiday World Day 5: Kings' Island Day 6: Kennywood Day 7: Hersheypark Choice B - New England/Mid-Atlantic Day 1: Knoebel's (of course)/Clementon Day 2: Six Flags Great Adventure Day 3: Lake Compounce Day 4: Six Flags New England Day 5: OFF Day 6: Dorney Park I figure both SHOULD be around the same price when you look at hotel/admission, but I think Choice A might be a little more pricier considering the miles logged. I think if I do get a job for 15-20 hours a week, plus the money I'll get for Christmas and my birthday (which is conveniently in April), I should be fine as far as money is concerned, but I'm not sure yet. So...which should I look into?
  7. The last one I rode was Mummy at USF last May. I feel so out of the loop when it comes to coasters. I don't go to parks nearly as much as I used to.
  8. Thanks a ton!
  9. Is that anywhere on Universal's website? I've looked multiple times and have yet to see it.
  10. Has to be Madden. It's been "eh" as of late, but still a freakin awesome series.
  11. ^ Doesn't know I can't legally drink < Just found out the Orioles game isn't until 10:05, so I'm mad V Doesn't like the Orioles
  12. I'm going to be flying down to Tampa this Thursday, and we're planning to go to Universal on Friday. A problem is that the people I'm going with, for some reason, had difficulty saving money. That means there's a very good possibility I'm going to have to choose between the Studios or IoA. I know they have 2 day-2 park passes, but is there anywhere you can get just a 1 day park hopper pass? This would really help me out, thanks.
  13. Here is my list in order: 1. Camden Yards 2. Citizens Bank Park 3. Commerce Bank Park (AA Harrisburg Senators) 4. Lackawanna County Stadium (AAA Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons) 5. Veterans Stadium Again, biased because I am an Orioles fan. Citzens Bank was nice (especially with box seats), but there really wasn't anything new/original about it, and it has no warehouse sitting beyond the right field wall .
  14. ^ I don't wanna... < Happy little child (the Orioles won today!!) V Likes apples
  15. Lightning Racer at Hershey last Friday.
  16. I am 14 now, and my first coaster was High Speed Thrill Coaster at Knoebel's. I think I was around 5 or 6 when I first rode it.
  17. IMO, anyone who thinks Knoebel's is overrated is out of thier minds, but I know for some people that kind of park isn't for them. I have been going there since I was 3 years old (I live 20 minutes away), and I have always loved it. Phoenix, Twister, the Flyers, the Skooters, and the food is enough to make you love it.
  18. Hey, can you make one up for me? Thanks. Josh "I suck at making stuff up." Linn
