  1. YES! YES! Little Bimma POV!!!! Please.... Those chair swings, wow. Holy Shit. Regular ones scare me too, pretty bad when they get the tilty thing going. Man 100 foot + on those would just fry my nerves. I would need to do it. These parks look crazy but so awasome. Tivoli looks like my thing, except for the dancing, *yawn*. But how can they go wrong? They've got a cute bimma! ride6
  2. Um, just to let you know, there's no file. That is all. ride6
  3. Okay, after watching all of them I would say "Weekend Airtime" and "Wisconsin Dells" are my favorite. Dells just does wonders music wise and it's so nice to see a lesser known park & lots of wood all at the same time. ride6
  4. "It Came from the 4th Dimension" was just like those old twilight zone episodes. A bit scary but yet not convincing enough so it almost comes off as funny. As good as parts have been (Floruba's great beginning for example) I have yet to see one video that matches your Stark Raven Mad 2002 video or the EPCOT one from last year. Those two own. ride6
  5. In a way I hope they are. For one thing Vekoma flyers were actually smooth and fun (hard to imagine I know) and they were more creative with elements than B&M has been at least for now. I've just been dieing for a flyer with a cobra roll. It would be the craziest damn sensation ever going through one of those on your back. ride6
  6. CCI are the lords of wood, no contest. GCI has some good ones too but they lack the airtime or the grinding laterals to make them real wooden masterpieces. Intamin and B&M are tied in steel imo. I mean B&M keeps making all this tame shit where as Intamin made junk for a lot of years. Now Intamin is the company for Hypers or Launched coasters. Basically take a look at my top ten (combined wood N' steel) coaster list: 1) Cornball Express- CCI 2) Millennium Force- Intamin 3) Superman- Ride of Steel (SFA)- Intamin 4) Raging Bull- B&M 5) Shivering Timbers- CCI 6) Raptor- B&M 7) Wicked Twister- Intamin 8) Wildcat- GCI 9) Top Thrill Dragster- Intamin 10) Batman: The Ride (SFGAmer)- B&M However if you consider the excellent rides I need to ride to properly judge them GCI only has Thunderhead... B&M has Nitro, AC, a slew of inverts and Kracken. Intamin has ExGeForce, SROS (SFNE) and Storm Runner. CCI has Goustrider, Raven, Legend, etc... So B&M and Intamin will probably have even numbers of rides in my top ten when I finally ride a good number of their best rides. GCI has pretty much ran out of steam, CCI has lots more to go on. Yay. ride6
  7. Personally I've only been on SFA's, Indiana Beachs and Cedar Points... All of them are good but I must say that Power Tower got to me a lot more than the other two. Double Shot at Indiana Beach is just fun, not scary at all. Rode it 5 or 6 times in a row, what a riot. Power Tower is downright scary. I only rode the "up" side and I managed to scream for what felt like a lifetime, take a breath and yell "holy shit when are we going to stop going up" before I saw the cap up there and we started floating back. Now only if that was a double shot, damn that would be fun. ride "S&S makes excellent towers" 6
  8. ^I believe you have to be 18 to ride in the back seat of Cyclops at Big Chiefs. Anyway that's not a standard practice much here in the states. Now back on subject: A new coaster at IOA is great news, particularly since they could use more major thrills there. A B&M flyer is most likely but following current trends it could be an Intamin Rocket as well. Although possible I doupt it'll be a woodie... Prehapse a smaller steel coaster... Even though I probably won't be able to get to IOA for a good 5 years I'm very interested. ride6
  9. Every non-kiddy coaster, I'm not a credit whore... Juniors are alright though. Basically: Expedition GeForce Storm Runner Nitro AC Superman Ride of Steel (SFNE) Those are the ones that I want to get on bad. ride6
  10. Personally I thought TTD was quite poor considering the money spend and all... I still love MF, it's my favorite steel coaster and possibly my favorite coaster period... TTD on the other hand was something I waited 3&1/2 hours for and as nervious as a was at the beginning and end of the line the middle was a time of complete boredem. Basically I would've rather seen CP build us an Intamin Mega-looper or a B&M flyer. ride6 "I'll ride MF all night while TTD takes the crowds"
  11. Rush alert! In screen one. Love Rush man. Excellent band, easily the best from Canada and quite possibly the best from all of north america. I love em'. Nice update too. ride6
  12. Michigans Adventure and The Fun Spot are about 1.5-2 hours away from me to the north/south. Indiana Beach is 3-4 hours south-west, SFGAmer is about 5 hours west and Cedar Point in 4 hours east. Sure there are no parks near me but there are lost within 'daytrip' range. ride6
  13. Cornball Express Ride it late in the day or at night in the back seat... One of lifes greater pleasures. Amazing. The best part is that it has buzz bars so with a bit of slack in the seat belt the airtime is unrestained. I'm a skinny teen however the ride pulled the seatbelt so loose by the end of the ride that I litterally slammed the bar on the bunny hops (final). Unbelievible... Raging Bull's first drop in the back seat is better that MF's first drop period (imo). I was shocked... Blown away... stunned... ride6
  14. Looks like a happy medium somewhere between X and the Screaming Squirril concept. I'm all for it, lets see a couple of those in the 'States. Michigans Adventure or Worlds of Fun would make good canidates for one... Who knows, maybe this will lead to one of my dream coasters, the leveler... A ride that keeps the riders somewhat (not competely) level while transversing inversions and other suck nuttyness... It would feel so strange that it would be awasome. Anyway tis' a cool concept that will hopefull take off like the impulse. ride6
  15. Frankly I don't think Phatage was trying to spam. He's trying to link you to one of the greatest rct2 coasters ever built. Additionally it just so happens that NE is the residing place for many of the remaining real rct enthusiests. You should really check out what we was linking to before deciding it was span purely because it's in his first an only post. If the link was to the main page of NE then I can see how that might be a problem, however if it led to the design page for the ride then I don't see the issue. ride6
  16. Based purely on my expearence I would say that Cornball Express and Shivering Timbers both provide wonderful amounts of airtime that are fully enjoyable... No pain nor is the whole thing dulled by steel tupes... However I will admit B&M Speed coasters (Raging Bull) and Intamin Hypers (I've only been on SROS @ SFA) are both quite amazing. Now for suprisingly awasome air... Raptor, backseat right, I've done it and I love it, Most of them old arrows do a nice job too... Ride Wicked Twister the the back car too... That's crazy fun, I can't help but sware in fear as it climbs the rear spike the 2nd time. It's terrifyingly tasty. ride6
