Had a GREAT day at the park today! It was empty(well, for Spring Break). Longest wait was 20 minutes for Tatsu. Other headlines: 1. X2 music is BACK ON on one of the trains 2. All the photo booths received NEW flatscreen TVs and all the booths just look new 3. Riddler's Revenge is back to 2 trains! Walked right on today! (and..the old station music is back) 4. Apocalypse, Batman, Ninja, and Goldrusher were running one train 5. Baja Ridge has the Mexican music playing again! my favorite! 6. The park is now fully staffed (security at the front of every line at the entrances, etc.) 7. GREAT operations. Even Tatsu was barely stacking! GL was slower than ever though... 8. LL:DOD is being worked on. There were workers on top of the Superman tower today. Sky tower still closed. Pictures might be coming soon. I don't know if my computer will start working again.. Any questions/comments? Thanks! P.S. I might be back at the park on Thursday...

^Define on time. They said SPRING. That means they have til mid-late June to funish this and open it up. And that is plenty of time. Let's end with this. LL:DOD will open sometime in the next 4 months. And my ride to the park (they aren't going with me) is leaving early so I will be at the park around 9:45 AM. (yay.) Well at least we will be the first ones in!

^Sounds good! Going Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thrusday of next week and hoping for it to be a little bit lighter. Drove by the park today and the parking lot was full..FULL. Like close to no spots open. But they weren't using the dirt. Hopefully next week the lot won't fill any further than Colossus. That is a bearable day. What you just told me about sounds VERY crowded. I've been lucky the last couple Spring Breaks. 10 minute wait for X2 by 1 PM on a sunny day.

X2 will always operate in the rain, as long as it is not windy. I've ridden it in pouring down rain, but when the slightest wind comes in, they shut it down. They did that one day last summer and that gave us a 2 hour wait for Tatsu. Luckily, it opened at 5:30 PM and it was my last ride of the day (and I was on the front row of the first train of the day!)

^That's what I was wondering. According to the current park map, it says "backwards", but who knows? They might run one forwards. I suppose they could test the forward car while they test LLDOD. And I wonder if they would turn around one of the new cars or if we will get one of the old cars back. (I know they still have them.) The LSMs are covered up right now. Also, nice to hear that the first Lex Luthor pieces have come in. I have hope in them now! I kinda had a feeling that that they would come in this week. Hmm..

^Probably. They would have already demolished it if they weren't repurposing it. Or they are just using it to block off the construction. Think about how strange the area would look without it. Also, they need to start on vertical LL:DOD construction SOON. They are running late. If they weren't actually going to do anything to Superman, then why did they close it in February?

^Yep! If one person uses it for one ride, then the next person can use it for the next ride. Works perfectly fine. Also a recommendation: Reserve the next ride while you are waiting in the station for the ride you are currently at. Once the employee checks the device, then you can book another ride.

^Regular and Gold FP: Red Q-bot and that's it Platinum FP: Silver Q-bot and wristband so you can ride twice. If you want to ride X2 and Green Lantern using FP, then you must have a at LEAST a GOLD FP and you must pay $15 per person per ride on each. If you ride X2 in the morning, then you won't need to use this for X2, but for Green Lantern, it's really your choice if you want to wait in line or not. That line moves REALLY SLOW because the ride has terrible capacity and only gets about 480 people per hour on a good day (taking into consideration SFMM ops). Also, how do you think crowds will be this Sunday?

^Yes! Do this! Although I recommend that you run straight to X2 in the beginning and get on that. I can usually then get to Tatsu with an in-station wait only, then down to Apocalypse, Riddlers, etc. I would say to try to hold off lunch until at least after Riddler's. Then I would go to Goliath at the very end and I usually have a 30 min. wait for that. Then I will do Viper, Revolution, and Ninja, and if I have time,, X2 again
