Lightning Run was no doubt the best new coaster for me this year. I'm not certain where it ranks but it's now in my top 10. Thunder Run was running amazing. I was impressed with KK coasters. It was cool to be greeted and chat with the Ed Hart. Even if he didn't always agree with everyone's thoughts. Kentucky Rumbler was a great ERT session to end the night. Especially after it started to rain and could see lightning around us. Great photos of the dark ride.

The Texas Thrill seekers group went to the preview tonight and posted some photos Here. It appears the new theming is just a few of the buildings. Not all of Rockville like everyone thought. It will have a indoor queue with a story before you get on the coaster.

The space available behind the coaster could be used for future attractions. I think SFFT will still announce a new show and some theming around the new coaster this evening. It's better then getting a "not a coaster" flat ride. Also to the person above complaining about the teasers. A lot of parks throw stuff out there to throw you off. It's part of the fun.

This should be fun. Very happy to see a dark ride coming to a Six Flags. Another place to get in the AC!!!

This should definitely be fun. In the video, it states first Freefly and I thought that was a different style of coaster. Anyways, I wonder how much of the area will change. I guess we will find out from anyone going to the preview. There will be room behind the coaster for future expansions.

It took me a few seconds to realize just how the layout worked with the two lift hills. The high 5 and inversions over each other was something I invision happening and love seeing it come true. Looks like a fun coaster.

^ Yes they will announce all pf the parks new rides at the same time. There just going to give more details at the park preview.

The last few years it has been very very early in the morning. I remember getting up at 6 last year for work and watching the announcement video with my morning coffee. Well, if that's the case then that will make my day easier. I was trying to figure how I was going to watch during my meeting at work. I kind of do remember waking up early now. One thing to remember is SFFT started out as Fiesta Texas. That's why the park was planned so different then your typical Six Flags. As far as Rockville, it's a nice area. I feel if Gotham takes over part of it. It's just going to be painting some buildings and slapping a Wayne Industries logo on the windows. It sounds like it's just going to be part of the area that changes, leaving the rest as is. I trust the SFFT team on this one. I love to see them add a bar to the area.

Back on topic. I remember in years past watching the video announcements. I believe it's more 10am EST when they announce. Has it been confirmed a time?

The crowds shouldn't be terrible. I noticed the park is open till 6:00 that day. I personally always go to Iron Rattler first then Superman. If this is your first time going and your trying to ride everything. I Suggest getting there early and ride Boomerang first. It has the worst loading time then the other coasters. Plus you'll be done with the worst coaster at the park.

This might be the most fun any park has had with teasing.

I read that multiple banners are in the park. Not just the one shown in that picture. There getting a dark ride in the theater. Maybe 2016 will bring a new coaster.

Just trying to help. How many days are you going? Do you understand that San Antonio is about 5 hrs from Dallas? That will cut one of your days in half just for driving. If you don't plan to do any of the theme parks near San Antonio, there is a lot of tourist stuff to do in the city. If you could make it work though, I suggest going to SFFT. Arlington area does not have as much to do. As far as car, I use Priceline to get the best deals from who ever. Also, you can travel between San Antonio/Arlington area with out paying a toll.

It seems so long ago since Banshee Bash. Kings Island really pulled out the red carpet for us. It was a great day and ending with Beast ERT @Midnight was fantastic.

Terrible tease. Oh well, just one more week.

Gotham and Time Machine !!!!! ( just kidding btw) Maybe since it's worlds first they need to start construction now.

So the entrance will look cool. Not entirely sold on the coaster.

A new coaster and a new show. Not once, have they said anything to lead me to believe it will be themed to Gotham. It's going to be a unique coaster that will not take up all the space. Just means you have room for future attractions. I could see a cirque style show coming in. The building won't change much since they will probably use it for Fright Fest.

I noticed if you sat in the middle row of Thunderbolt, you got a decent ride. I probably rode it to many times. I should of just got my decent ride and stopped there.

So according to someone at the park. They heard audio promoting to buy a 2015 season pass and come enjoy the new Justice League dark ride. I can't confirm this but it's six flags. I would not be surprised if this happen.

^ But Millennium Force is not a B&M hyper. I would like to see SFFT build a hyper coaster one day. They could even have the coaster go out using the side of the parking lot and return back. Build it in the back near the broadwalk to bring that area back.

Perhaps they will announce future additions as well. Not just the new area coming in 2015. Similar to how Dollywood announce the investment over the next few years. Does SDC have a hotel?

Good to read reports of people actually riding Falcons Fury. Even if it is just a few. I love to hear what any of them thought about it.
