Sure hope this day was just a one off kind of thing and not the new way things are being run out there because I have a trip scheduled in march and would hate to encounter things like this when I had such a good time last year.

I used to go every now and again when it was still there there. Not the biggest or the best but when the temps get up to 110 in the summer it really hit the spot. Shame we don't have it anymore.

Terminator audio being taken out. Its a great ride without it but having the audio really adds to the experience. Plus I can't get to say "take the tunnel".

Think for wcb I will just spring for the gold flashpass just to be safe. It will be the only day all year I will be there and I don't want to miss anything. Ty for the reply though.

Never been to the mountain on a saturday would getting a flashpass be pretty much mandatory or could I still get some rides in without it?

Still kicking myself for missing last years bash. Not making the same mistake this year.

I must have been doing something wrong on my trip to wisconsin trip last month because not once did I end up drunk and naked in the hotel pool. Good tips for next year.

Just spent an enjoyable 45 minutes or so reading through this thread and felt the need to contribute the pinball hall of fame here in vegas. 100's of machines all in pristine working order. They have twilight zone, attack from mars, and many rare and old games(including one with a weird vertical playfield where you have to shoot the ball up a series of ramps to the top of the machine). They claim it is one of only two in existence. So if you are a fan of pinball machines and here in vegas do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be sorry.

Somewhat random question but does anyone know when the dates of wcb are usually announced so I can start to make my travel plans. Every year I see the pics and reports and every year I say next year so this will finally be the year.

If it counts as a coaster revenge of the mummy Florida otherwise dueling dragons fire(don't care what they change the name to to me it will always be dueling dragons).

I just got back from uni last night and I thought that wwofhp was the single most amazing area i have ever been in any theme park in my life. Normally when I go down to Florida I would never leave Disney property but I think that Universal is now a real viable alternative and they are reaping all of the rewards. The only thing that it needs is an expansion now as it is a little on the cramped side. Especially trying to leave the forbidden journey. Disney is probably kicking themselves for passing on the potter license.

Really looking forward to my first wcb this year. Behind the scenes tours one time please.

Nice report. Makes me sad I will be there when it is running but my flight leaves early enough to not give me enough time to see it myself.

Can't go wrong with dueling dragons. They can call it whatever they want but to me it will always be dueling dragons. Spiderman is also awesome.

Nice report I always enjoy seeing tokyo disneyland even if it is so much nicer than any of the parks we have here it's kind of depressing.

I decided to stop lurking around here just to say that this looks like the most amazing water park in existence and we need something like this so bad in vegas it's not even funny. It's hot enough here that people have been known to just burst into flames but still no waterpark(sigh).
