Update Pre-Opening Well, the park is quickly nearing completion! All that's left now is some last-minute sprucing up for the grand opening next week! Let's blame Starliner! In all seriousness, it does suck for a park to close, but I never got how they thought this park was going to be successful. Let's see, Hard Rock Park, Celebration City, now Cypress Gardens - 2009's shaping up to be a great year. This picture has haunted me since the first day I saw it.

Update Pre-Opening Hello again! I have some very exciting news: The House of Blues is complete! House of Blues will rotate different shows throughout the year. I was told this was a last-minute deal. Check back soon for more!

Again, I think someone else should do the next one. They probably have some better ideas. They might also want to have even more participants. But I greatly appreciate the mods letting me do this! It was alot of fun.

I checked Google Earth and to be honest I didn't realize how close it was to the beach. From what I heard, I expected it to be 15-20 miles away from the shore but it's only about 5. I still say somebody's gonna pick this place up and try to get it back on its feet. It's too good of a "package" to let go. New management will help alot, I think.
