I think we're staying at Circus-Circus. I've heard its pretty cool. Has anybody ever stayed there before. Any discounts to Adventure Dome?

Once I got stuck on the Revolution (Libertyland) on the lift hill. The stupid ride ops didn't evenknow what they were doing. THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE PHONE TO CALL A MECHANIC. But it was still fun getting a great view. 30 minutes later the ride started back up.

I agree, some of the best coasters on the game are limited because of their lack of elements. Like the rocket coaster, you can do a TTD layout and that's about it. I hope Soaked solves this with more elements for these rides.

I've been looking at the pics and videos of this amazing ride. All the reports and the website claim that it's a family ride and that it has a "family launch". Obviously there was a large demand for a family coaster now that Ore Cart is gone and try getting a whole family into a dark rollercoaster- It's not easy. All in all- Powdewrkeg is so cool but is it really a "family" coaster.

I'm glad it wasn't serious because I'll be up in Vegas this summer. I can't wait to ride it! All ride "mishaps" are always over rated. Most of the time its the passenger's fault for trying to do somthing stupid. John "I'm still riding it" Stevenson

Not that its a great park or anything, but is anybody going to Libertyland in Memphis for the opening. The only reason I'm going is that they hired a firm to redo the whole park. I'm just looking forward to see if its a bust or the park has really been turned around. Anybody else going?

I just thought of one: It would be called Flight of the Phoenix: Crash Test. The ride would start on the ground and then you'd be slowly launched up the lift hill into a building. It would be entirely enclosed. as you watched a pre show the building/platform would tilt (like a platform coaster) to a vertical position. The door would open up and you'd be looking straight down. You'd then roar down the vertical drop and would do twists and turns dodging different types of scenery until you'd splash down in an "oasis". That ride would be so awesome.

I'd have to say SheiKra, it's just going to have so many firsts. It looks like the perfect coaster. Too bad I won't be riding it.

I agree MovieGuy, no tunnels is bad. You have to dig a trench and put a block over it just for it to be similar.

Today I had the cough-cough pleasure of helping my aunt with leading her daisy troop. I had to watch her 4 year old son for the day. That pretty much sums it up for the whole day. The zoo is really nice but being there with a screaming 4 year old isn't. As we were coming in I saw a sign for Dino Island. I didn't think too much of it until I rode it. It's an I-Werks ride and it's pretty cool. It's pretty rough too. They also have a train and lots of kids rides. There is a rumor that they used to have a coaster but it was very small. Anybody know about this? But the coolest thing was seeing and touching a donkey! It was so cool but I didn't take my camera so no pics. The new pandas are also cool and ALWAYS ASLEEP! I've never seen them awake except for a VIP tour I took before it opened. They poop everywhere! So all in all, it was an okay day. There painful new ride is pretty cool but I'm much more looking forward to the Northwest Passage exhibit in 2006. I hope you liked my first trip report!

Thanks SharkTums... I wonder why it isn't classified as a coaster? It sorta has one drop and it's on a track. I'll probably ride it just to say I rode it. I'll be making a TR called Vegas Baby: 2005. It'll be awesome and I just got an awesome camera so there will be tons of pics!

I do machine weights. I go to a rec so I'm to young for the free weights.

If you could design and make one ride what would it be. I'd make an indoor Disko type rollercoaster that had a huge helix at the end. That would be so cool! What would you make?

I'm fat.(Everyone says I'm not but I think I am) I weigh 135 pounds and am 5ft. 5" any health people know if that's healthy? I work out 5-6 days a week and I'm on a swim team but I love to eat. But I hate snacky foods like fruit roll ups and lays chips and greasy stuff like that. I also lift weights but I'm constantly between 130-135 lbs. Any tips?

You can put block sections and set a high launch speed. That usually will work.

I wonder if they could sort of put the rollercoaster in the huge basement since there is all that empty space there?
