  1. Dude, he said he made it in 07....
  2. You mean Formula Rossa? V Yeesh is was a joke AJ.
  3. Yeah, I don't think you have to worry about something like that.
  4. I like the concept art from that Primevil Maze!
  5. The more I look at Full Throttle, the more I love the loop.
  6. I agree! I'm so excited to see all the awesome stuff they do this year! I'm especially looking forward to what they do with Trapped and The Hanging (I know I'm not the only one giving One Direction a death-by-hanging stare ). This new addition of a Haunt Museum makes it even cooler! Yes, Silver Bullet did take up a large amount of land, but it didn't have a huge impact on any existing park infrastructure that made considerable money. The reason the idea of tearing down that building is so outlandish is because of the amount of additional cash Knott's pulls out of it. The combined additional profits of the restraunt, arcade and laser tag/haunt space make this building far too valuable to tear down for a new addition. Parks make decisions that will increase their profit, not decrease it. The reason they put a haunt maze in there is because it's indoors, and deteriorates less over time, allowing less maintenance to be done on it before next year. With it being an Upcharge this year, less people will be coming through it, and the maze will deteriorate less quickly. It's probably going to stick around for a few years, in the same location. I don't get why people just keep giving this building the evil eye, it doesn't make sense to remove it.
  7. Easily moved? You're talking about a high capacity eatery, pricy Upcharge laser tag, as well as a large arcade, all located inside a historic Knott's building on top of which sits the iconic Roaring Twenties sign. Even you have to admit, that's a lot of infrastructure to re-do.
  8. It's infrastructure that doesn't need to be taken out. It houses three year round money making ventures. There's no way they'd tear down all that down for a new coaster.
  9. They won't be getting rid of the building anytime soon as it currently is housing Knott's Trapped Upcharge Maze for Halloween.
  10. Johnny Rockets is attatched to the KOD building.
  11. While the coaster does end abruptly, they've obviously been planning it for a while...I mean, Log Jammer was closed quite a while ago.
  12. If you are referring to the image of the people updside down, that was a picture of SFOG's Dark Devil Dive. They used the same/a similar image to advertise Superman Ultimate Flight at SFDK. It also looks like this will be heavily using Premier new Double Spine Track.
  13. Knotts will probably wait until all the initial excitement over Full Throttle wears out before they announce their new attraction. It wouldn't make sense for them to announce the attractions simultaneously due to competition. No need for them to have any of their thunder stolen by the Mountain.
  14. Has anyone ever told you that your posts really are completely obnoxious? And most of them don't even make sense. --Robb "Someone needed to say it..." Alvey My post makes sense. People are upset because the ride didn't meet their extremely high expectations. That doesn't mean I'm obnoxious for pointing out that people should be at least a little happy that SFMM is getting a new ride. I didn't realize having a different opinion was so frowned upon. Why am I such a target for you? All I was saying was that people should look on the bright side a little more... The cheese and whine comment was the obnoxious part...totally ruins whatever validity the rest of your post had. Okay, thank you for elaborating on the point. I've changed the post to reflect your civil comments regarding what you found obnoxious. That wasn't my intention. I would have gladly changed it earlier had it been pointed out.

  16. Seriously, I understand that people are a little annoyed that the ride didn't meet all their hopes and dreams, but it's still a large scale addition. If this had gone to any other park, people wouldn't be as disappointed.... For everyone who says something good about it, there's 5-6 people who trash it. It's Superman Ultimate Flight all over again.
  17. I don't care how SF is going to run it, that looks freaking awesome!
  18. We should've totally done Occupy Log Jammer. I'm sure that would have convinced them not to remove it!
  19. Did you watch the video and look at the concept art? It's clearly MF trains...
  20. Just went there Sunday and Yes, White Water could definintly use some new slides. http://www.d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y.com/
  21. Wait... the coaster won't even be real!? Just CGI? Lame. I blame autocorrect. But hey, for now it's just CGI.
  22. I have a feeling CGA will strike gold with this new addition, I'm looking forward to seeing this CGI addition to the park. I have a feeling the GP will be pretty ecstatic as well!
  23. It's really weird looking out and not seeing Disaster Transport....
