  1. I'm planning to go Friday. I'll be looking for some differences...
  2. Nice TR. I'm looking forward to going there for the first time this summer.
  3. PARK UPDATE: New names are considered, like "Millennium Glow", "Millennium Beats", "Millennium Palms", "Millennium Paradise", "Millennium Timeline", "Millennium Clockwork". Development: The park's overall theme is becoming more clear, of the park being a timeline, with proposed new areas like Prehistoric, Ancient Roman and Egyptian, and even Modern day sections. Since our last update, one major coaster has been added, along with a kiddie coaster. No new sections have been added, but the extensions of "Medieval Thrill" and "Main Street" will keep guests busy. MEDIEVAL THRILLS: We'll start with "Dungeon Disaster", a Junior-Roller coaster for the younger kids... Layout is very simple. Where the section was extended on from: MAIN STREET: Main Street went through major additions, but also went though major deductions. Guest just entering the park are no longer greeted with the 115ft "Cobra Roll": after nearly 15 years of service, it was torn down to make room for the new themed areas. "It was blocking off a lot of the park's usable land," says officials. For now, the area remains empty. Main Street was extended, with added thrill rides, and a B&M Hyper... Some minor additions in "Outer Atmosphere" include a Motion-Simulator. Other minor additions are some skylifts to transport guests around the park. (PLEASE comment me your opinion, give me stuff you would like to see in the park or some things i should fix. )
  4. First time seeing this park, and I'm loving it! Great job, keep up the good work!
  5. I say Apollo's Chariot, it's not underrated per say, but everyone always is talking about Griffon when they talk about BGW. Apollos Chariot is a much better ride IMO...
  6. The SkyRide over the water looks cool
  7. The heavy trees are because of the land that's not used, I mean usually when a theme park isn't using land it's not just a huge empty field. Plus I like the idea of a nice, cool and shady park. Thanks for all the advice though. I'll be sure to keep that in mind.
  8. MEDIEVAL THRILLS: Part of the area, you can see "King's Throne" (inverted coaster), "Cannon Fire" (Roto-Drop). Unseen in this picture is "Breach the Castle Walls" (a River Rapids Water Ride), "Round Table" (A Scrambler "Twist"). And here is the layout of "King's Throne", a 125ft tall roller coaster with speeds of up to 60mph and 8 inversionas that speeds you through the King's village and castles. First Drop that wraps around the king's castle... Diving loop... Loop and Immelman... Here's "Medieval Eats", the restaurant in the section. "Breach the Castle Walls": No scenery... With scenery... More expansions to come soon!
  9. I'm planning on going on a Tuesday sometime this summer (my first time to CP ). Are the lines unbearably long during weekdays?
  10. Yikes. Hope I have the attention span for it, I just don't knowing that I305 is right next to me with a 30-minute wait
  11. I have a question about Flight of Fear- Every time I've gone this season the queue line has been filled up completely. I didn't know how long that would take, so I didn't ride it. Can anyone tell me, usually, how long it would take to go through the line?
  12. CURRENT STATE: I'll edit this part of my first post to show you what my park is looking like now. I think I'm improving just a bit. First try at a fountain, with "SkyDive" overlooking it. Full park (some rides cut off) Map ORIGINAL POST: Because all my parks were wiped out for some unknown reason, I started a new one that I've been working on. No, it's not focused on being that huge park with over 20 roller coasters, it's a little park with individual themed areas. For now, it's still called "Millennium Heights". I'm looking for another name, with the word "Millennium" in the front of it. Anyone got any ideas? Here's the layout: The area outlined in black is "Main Street", a pathway with no official theming, but is still packed with thrill rides like Top Spins, Gentle Rides like Ferris Wheels, and a thrilling roller coaster! The area outlined in red is "Outer Atmosphere", the future-space themed area with two roller coasters, a gentle ride and a thrill ride. The area outlined in purple is "Medieval Thrill", the medieval-themed section, which has two thrill rides, a water ride, and an Inverted Roller Coaster. It's got four major coasters, two of them heavily themed. MAIN STREET: Here's the first drop of "Cobra Roll", a 115-foot tall Corkscrew Roller Coaster with a 98-foot drop, reaching speeds of up to 56 mph! Located on Main Street. (You'll also notice the Drachen Fire-style element) most of the layout Queue line. Restaurant, but due to guest confusion I had to delete the building. "Millennium Grill". OUTER ATMOSPHERE: This section includes futre space-themed rides, like "Flying Saucers", or two of the park's roller coasters! Here's "Space Station", the Mini-Roller Coaster that reaches heights of 90 feet, a drop of 81 feet, and speeds of up to 51 mph. The second roller coaster in "Outer Atmosphere" is "SkyDive", the massive Vertical Drop Coaster that's 250 feet high, with a 236ft first drop. It reaches speeds of up to 87mph! 60 degree angled lift hill. Top of lift hill. We didn't need heavy theming for this one, because "this coaster is the future." More pictures coming soon, including the area "Medieval Thrill", with an Inverted Roller Coaster and more!
  13. Kings Dominion: Intimidator 305 BGW: Apollo's Chariot (more so in the front seat) Freestyle Music Park: Time Machine
  14. This looks really cool. Nice job!
  15. I disabled the visual themes and everything but the UAC first, played the game and a day later I disabled the UAC. I did, rebooted, and when I reopened my game, everything was gone. And I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, so I don't know what happened. Oh, and after I rebooted, it said "Starting the game for the first time"
  16. But something did change, it wiped out all of my saved games and scenarios!
  17. I think there should just be one thread, where we ALL post random rides we want to share, without having to show an entire park, or creating an entirely new topic. Kinda like the help threads with all the questions grouped together, but with custom-made roller coasters. What do you guys think?
  18. Update: Some more foliage, $30,000 worth of it.
  19. Thanks, but I read that. How do I disable the UAC? And what changes if I do...?
  20. Okay, thanks. If only I had an XP, though. I guess I'll just live with it.
  21. Thanks, glad to be here! I'm in the process of doing that now, I'll post some update pics soon. And I figured that was the closest thing I could get to what I imagined it, but I guess my thought was if Top Thrill Dragster could have a vertical angle with a lap bar, so could my ride (though i didn't think through the technical stuff ) And thanks, it means a lot!
  22. You'll notice my park rating is pretty low, too, because i haven't been paying attention to the guest's needs lately, just expansion of the park, so I'll get it back up to the usual 700 in a while.
  23. So everyone works on parks with all these themings, and so do i, but i wanted to try something different for a change. i just wanted a park submerged in trees, like a forest, and then some of the individual rides have their own theming. my only problem with the park is that it's HUGE, and I still have empty land to cover. here's some screenshots. Here you'll see some roller coasters. Right in the center is "Obliteration", a ride that's more focused on speed than height. The orange one is a Mini-Suspended Coaster. Top left is "Blackbear", a woodie in the middle of a dense forest. And the red coaster on the bottom is a power-launched looping coaster. And hidden in the trees is a log flume, can you find it? Here is "Knight Watch", my Hyper-Twister Coaster that speeds you through battling castles, and through medieval villageds. (Largest Drop- 167ft, Max Speeds: 75mph) And next to it you'll see my 100-ft water ride. My Wild-Western Inverted Vertical Shuttle is a western-themed ride (duh), which focuses on turns that swish you close to the scenery around you. Majority of my park. As you can see, the back of the park seems more empty, because I'm not done completing it yet... "Accelero": Twister Coaster with a Launch Lift Hill. My Hyper-Twister Roller Coaster, one of my favorites. 370ft-Tall Giga Coaster, "guests love this one th emost, has an excitement rating of 10.26!) 128 attractions with 25 roller coasters, I'm still adding to this park's full potential, which could be a lot! Tell me what you think and give me feedback Thanks!
  24. okay im new here but ive been playing rct2 for years now... but i just started using 8 cars and it was working fine, but then things just stopped working. (im on a vista by the way) the any-height construction tool doesn't work while everything else does. i get the confirmation that the game recognized that i could "build 500-foot-rides!" but it just doesnt work and i can only build to what the game allows for the specific ride. so the cheat doesn't work. and now 8 cars just isn't registering in general. i have 1.21, 1.31, and 1.32 and none of them work! any help/ideas?
