oh never mind then maybe just a ride fault ... i wouldn't get to worried about that tho. ^^ Dragster only loads that why to warm up the ride or on cold days (it gives the ride better reliability) -

On Maverick it is very common to have a train stuck in the tunnel it takes not to long to get the ride up and running again. -

I'm going to guess it will be a Zach Spin like stated above or LSM version (Ball coaster). If they go with the ball coaster could bill it as the first of its kind/ tallest (what Cedar Point is known for), just my 2 cents. -

Maybe we will find out the real reason behind the trims tonight. Kings Dominions John Pagel will be on In the Loop tonight. i commend the park doing this. -

Yes, but not to criticize the park/ manufacture for every little change they do to a ride. People make it sound like 2012 came early. If i were to go by a few of your guys statements ... i would consider every B&M that has a trim a bad design, because if they were to design the ride correctly (according to some of you ) they wouldn't need trims. With making hypers for 11 years you would think they would be able to design it w/o trims. -

It's not that he has something against you, Its because you are a 17 year old kid that most likely has never taken any type of engineering class. so by basically stating that engineering is easy and just because they were in the field for 30 years should make them perfect, it doesn't. Just sit back and enjoy the ride, if you cant because of the trims , don't ride it makes the lines shorter. -

for most people yes, but for most KD fanboys its like the world stopped turning and CF is doing this just to piss them off... quite hilarious to watch. -

On Mantis the trims measure the speed of the previous train that went through the course. The train before is empty and will travel at a slower speed thus turning the trims off for the next train. -

^ Idk if he rides for this, but the first public train of each day is always trim less on Mantis -

Maverick also tears through wheels i don't think it just has to do with just the high speeds; but the quick transitions as well because i never heard Dragster going through as many wheels as we were -

Plenty of rides have not opened on time other then the 4 posted above, Gemini, Sky Rocket, Tatsu, Rip Ride Rocket even the Timberliners for HW....etc. I understand that those are new Technology, but so is STR, from my understanding this is Intamins first flume ride of this type with lift hills But why is everyone pointing out Intamin's? I say just be glad it doesn't pull a Chiller. -
