Swung by the park today... DAMN what nice weather! I wish I could have stayed longer. Anyways, it looks like Goliath still has problems with cars getting stuck on the lift hill. They have made the reboot process go from 20-30mins to about 3mins in a few months which is nice. They removed the audio car from Terminator... I couldn't see if that was already posted or not so there you go. Finally, as others have said, "Colossus is super smooth." End of Line.

Anyone know if Superman had a serious problem today? I went on it a few times today but they shut it down and a maintainence man started lubing the center track piece. She was making a loud screeching noise today which I don't remember from last week but could be normal. As I left the park they started sending out test cars and then it looked like it didn't launch at full speed or the center piece caused the car to slow down on the return. No reason to blow this out of proportion if the Superman was running after 3:00PM. Just curious if anyone knows what happened.

Anyone else prefer Vekoma SLC's?

Yes, robb posted a video on his youtube page not too long ago! -
I didn't notice anything new about the station except you can see the back stop and its now covered. Still a green room before you enter with the older dots still on the ground. We got stuck on Goliath's lift hill for about 20 mins... was sad since we were the only 2 people on the train and when we came back the station was full. ha ha ha So much for getting into the park early!

Intamin should make one of their inverts with a SLC layout. They could probably pull it off better than B&M could due to train sizes. -
Yeah sorry for that short statement I was in the park and posted it for anyone who might be waiting to see if it opened up. We got to ride twice and it was Amazing!! You don't feel like your going 100MPH until you are falling back to earth face forward. I have never had the pleasure of riding an Intamin with this style of restraints but I wish more coasters with OSTR's used them. They were super comfy. This is a much more intense ride.

It looks like a lot of Maintainence and Service buildings back there... idk if it would be economical to move them? Perhaps moving the parking lot would be better but that might ruin their maitenance routes. Ideally I would like to see all that move but... that is costly. Would be nice to see them purge themselves of some stuff and fill the voids with some quality. Looks like they are moving in the right direction though. We will see.
