I'm very exited even though i'm from Denmark. There has been allot of talk about this roller coaster lately everywhere! And i am very exited about it! So i'm going to watch the live announcement here in Denmark!... My guess is still that this will be a Intamin 'Top-Side' Roller Coaster...

Hey coaster-mates. I had a pure awesome day at Djurs Sommerland! I even got to speak with the owner of the park, Henrik B. Nielsen. We talked about future rides and such things. He also gave me a ride on Piraten where i didn't have to wait the 45 min. queue. - He took me to the exit of Piraten and then i just jumped on the next train He is very friendly and said that i was welcome to come with ideas for further attractions. Please note that this video where taken in the end of the day where the track is all warmed up and i must say, that it was noticeable more intense!

'Top Side' explanation! It's a new design that only ECC members know about because of the magazine "First Drop" which in the latest issue introduced a new coaster design from Intamin that Intamin calls the 'Top Side'. The only thing we know about this new coaster type is that basically its a Furius Baco kind-of coaster, just with back to back seats which will result in a backwards ride for some and a forward ride for the others. It's not known at the moment whether this coaster's seats are going to rotate, but it wouldn't surprise me if they will rotate. Intamin do like to push the envelope, as we know. Now, there is a blue-print of this coaster featured in "First Drop" but as I'm on vacation in turkey right now, I'm not able to get a pic up just yet. But, maybe some of you other ECC members here on TPR could get a picture of the blue-print up. EDIT: COASTER FREAK 11: That is not 'Top Side"

I'm putting all my money on that this will be the new type Intamin 'Top Side' roller coaster.. It would make sense to me.

On my last visit i came across what may look like a construction site. Now i'm not an expert on this, so i thought if some of you maybe could help finding out what this is. I took these pics from Piraten's lifthill:

Hey mates! In this thread you can follow the progress of my take on making a recreation of Hankatten at BonBonLand, Denmark. It's a Gerstlauer Spinner. Now, with WindSeeker up and running, let's talk 2012!!! I hope and think that they are gonna add a huge dueling GCII wooden coaster. With doing that they'll also be able to claim back the record for the most coasters in the world.
