And The Dark Knight, AND Buccaneer Battle, AND Evel Knievel. Six Flags is doing a great job. Yeah there parks might not be fantastic, but the strategy that they are using is wonderful. They add in some new rides one year, and redo a ride the next year for way cheaper. A Medusa makeover is perfect and gives the park an excuse of sorts for not adding a new ride. By not adding a new ride, they can save a lot of money, WHILE keep attracting visitors, and eventually get themselves out of debt.

I went yesterday, a Saturday during Fright Fest, and let me tell you, TDK had only about a half an hour wait the whole day. The line WAS coming out of the entrance but once you got to the main queuing are, they only used about 2 of the rows. Everyone else seemed either fed up with TDK and went to Raging Bull--3 hour wait all day--or were obligatory to the fact it was even there. Nonetheless, its a FUN ride. The pre show is great and gets people ready. If you have never ridden it before, you don't know where the drops are and all the special effects are really cool. I know that when I'm in the tunnel during the ride, I got a little freaked. I also saw numerous families in line for TDK. We rode with a 5 year old and his dad, and they had a great time. Not to mention that TDK is heated and it was about 40 yesterday!

^ They usually do, all the "public" beaches that I saw in Hawaii had life guards, waste management people, and lots of other stuff to make it work well. in Hawaii. Also about the public beaches, I went to Oahu to see some "Lost" filming sites, and they filmed a lot on one specific beach, but of course you can't get to it. A lot of beach front on the North Shore is legally owned by the residents, aka NO TRESPASSING.

Well, are you more interested in working in an actual park, or for a company, like B&M? Much different. I know on the SF website for specific parks, they have certain jobs listed with the pay and sometimes hours. Here is the SFMM site listings www.sixflags.com/magicMountain/jobs/JobListings.aspx Hope this helps!
