  1. Either Riddler's (huge surprise for me) or Goliath.
  2. Wow, that Starflyer thing looks insane! And about Bug Out's entrance, it too took me forever to find the entrance. No signs anywhere and its so not where you think the entrance should be. After not being able to find the entrance I gave up and came back later. It was my last coaster of the day...... and my 200th credit!
  3. Six Flags Mexico seems like it would be too far south. If thats it maybe they're taking turns driving (3-4 people in the car?), but my guess would be its not Six Flags Mexico.
  4. Sounds better than Revenge of the Mummy's B Show when Imhotep isn't working.
  5. Hey, if anybody wants/needs a Mario (big bro) hat, my Able Sisters shop has one for sale today. Just post here that you want to come by and pick it up (before 11pm EST of course) and my town and I can open my gates.
  6. Nice! It only sells for 256 bells, so its definitely worth keeping.
  7. Erik, did you get the "surprise" when you disconnected from wi-fi? Thanks again for opening your gate.
  8. Hey fellow AC players! I don't know how long this'll last for but earlier today I connected to the Wi-fi system, and when I was done I noticed I had a mail message from S. Iwata (prez of Nintendo) with a short message and a special present! (will keep it a surprise) If you want a cool little gift, make sure you try this. Like I said, I'm not sure how long this'll last.
  9. No song, but I'm watching Legends of the Hidden Temple!
  10. Whats a good time? (it should only take a few minutes) I'm home all day, so time isn't a factor for me.
  11. Erik, will you be on at all tonight? I have one of those stupid crying cats and it wants to go to your town. i just want to get rid of it!
  12. I had the makeup on every night. Barry, theres a chance that the night you saw me, at that time my makeup had come off a bit because I was hot and sweaty in my house, and I couldn't help but wipe it off sometimes, lol. Plus, it was pretty dark in my area so maybe my makeup wasn't the easiest to spot (and maybe my glow in the dark stuff had worn off by then)
  13. I know news about the removal of a coaster should make me sad, but this rumor brings more of a smile than a tear, is that wrong? I went to the site where Barry got the rumor. It also looks like Haunted Lighthouse will be replaced by Pirates 4D (yay Leslie Nielsen!). This would sound like an odd rumor since it is an old film, but Screamscape already reported that this film was going to be replacing Haunted Lighthouse at Sea World in San Antonio, so it actually makes a bit of sense.
  14. Nevermind, sounds quite unpleasant! Did you at least have someone do that (glue mask on, paint you up) for you? Down here in Tamp we're responsible (except for subs) to apply our own makeup..... which is why mine looks pretty bad. Fortunately, my part of the house was fairly dark. Goofy picture time. My house was themed to a Victorian Era wedding where everyone was killed. This is me (groundskeeper) wearing the wig of the bride and the hat of the housekeeper. I apologize in advance for any nightmares this picture may cause.
  15. Nice! I'm sure wearing a mask isn't the most comfortable thing, but I got sick of the makeup and it would always come off and sometimes get in my eyes (it was hot in my house and I had a fairly active scare.) By the end of the month, my shirt was disgusting! (the pic I have posted a few pages back was taken during the last couple days) I don't want to clog this page with too many pics of me, it might crash the server, but in the next day or 2 I may post a pic of me backstage having a bit of fun.........
  16. I was tempted to post another picture of me in my Howl-O-Scream makeup and costume but here is an awful pic of me from the summer of 2004 at a horrible flight museum on Long Island. Slacking the Hutt?
  17. I have to say Great Bear at Hersheypark. I do agree with Sheikra though, it has given the Stanleyville area of the park a new life.
  18. I thought the touch screen of the DS was very gimmicky. Now, having owned a DS since launch, the touch screen is a bit gimmicky of course, but it really does add a whole new dimension to many of the games. I hope developers take advantage of the whole sensor thing with the Revolution. Its another case where we have something gimmicky but could add a whole new experience to how we game.
  19. I was staying in Ronkonkoma at the time, and if my memory serves me right (which it never does), it was about 15-20 minutes away from where I was in Ronkonkoma. Yeah, it must have been the Islandia one. I have hung out at that one a little too much the last 3 summers.
  20. Its not worth much except lots of laughter. The Thriller coaster is honestly one of the worst coasters I have ever been on. That being said, ithe coaster itself and the "theming" is so hysterically bad that the ride should almost be classified as "so bad its good." I went on it the summer of 2004, and a friend (the only person who would go on with me, nobody else wanted to take the 3-mile trip to ride it) and I just laughed the whole way through. Is it still 4/5 bucks for a ride? Its pricey for a ride like that, and as a coaster its not very good at all, but its quite an experience, and hey, it is a credit. I think its a coaster that Robb and Elissa would have a field day with.
  21. Thats funny. Except for the controller comment (If the motion sensor stuff is used right, it sound slike it could be amazing) that sounds like my exact opinion on the Xbox 360. They may not have gone backwards in technology, but I don't think they went foward enough and rushed a system out. About the Revolution, wait until it gets released. It could be a misfire from Nintendo, but if done correctly, it could also be an amazing gaming experience.
  22. I was as close as I could be to my router, and it wasn't working. I was frustrated so despite having no money (and being hounded by collection agency) and having to go completely out of my way in rush hour traffic, I went to a Best Buy and snatched their last Nintendo USB Wi-Fi thingey. It works really well, I'm very happy with it. Especially since my router never was connected correctly, and I couldn't connect to the 'net while playing Wi-Fi games at the same time. I definitely recommend it for anyone who is thinking about getting it, it is very easy to set up also.
  23. Oooh, I forgot about the credit at Boomers (FKA Bullwinkles) Looks like you had a fun NYE!
  24. Credits are very scarce on Long Island. Only 3 places with credits that I can think of: 1- Coney island, of course 2- Adventureland (sans Fling you into parking lot ride) 3- Sports Plus in StonyBrook. Their "Thriller Coaster" is one of the most ridiculous coasters I have ever been on.
  25. What was the credit you almost got? Yay D&B!!! I LOVE D&B, did you go to the Islandia location? (If you know, lol)
