  1. ^Montana rusa translates to Russian Mountain. I'm not sure about High Roller, though. This has been the third time I actually navigate to the coaster's RCDB page, but did not put it as my answer lol! What was the record btw? Congrats cprocks22!
  2. Was it first constructed in the last ten years, or was it relocated in the last ten years?
  3. Fun fact of the day: According to RCDB, it's been ten years today since SFA opened a new coaster!
  4. That station ! Absolutely beautiful job on the coaster, Canobie has a right to be proud of Untamed.
  5. Wow! I completely missed the "Moved from Italy to Old Town in 1997" at the bottom of its RCDB page. Well congratulations Solid Gold, and thanks ernierocker for making another boring night so exciting (my heart is still racing, I was 100% convinced I was right with Dragon )
  6. Rudy's Rapid Transit at Santa's Village? IDK, I'm getting desperate...
  7. Dragon @ Canobie Lake Was relocated from Wonder Wheel park and it's on the NE trip.
  8. Is the ride themed to movie, tv, or comic book?
  9. Is it in a park with more than four coasters (including the mystery coaster)?
  10. This What's worse than walking into the wrong bathroom after some jerk switched the signs?
  11. Photoshop contest? (BTW, congrats on achieving 500 AND making the news. What a milestone, I'm only at 150) Edit: Oh hey! This is my 100th post! I made a milestone too
  12. 1. Male 2. 19 3. Most likely the Dragon Wagon at our town's annual fair when I was maybe 3 years old. 4. 12 is when I turned enthusiast, but I'd ride from age 8 upwards. 5. At least twice a day. So a minimum of 14 times. 6. I buy a lot of T-shirts, so I guess it's a trophy reminder of the milestones achieved of roller coaster nerditude. 7. Up to twenty times a year. I guess the reason is because there is never a complete trip to an amusement park. There will always be something you missed or something you have yet to try. On the other hand, you may have had such a great time at a particular park that returning is something to look forward to, and the cycle continues. 8. I love roller coasters because of the feeling of being in danger while not being in danger. You can go fast, high, and upside down all in complete safety. Also, the rides themselves are a feat of engineering. There are so many different kinds, and each has its own personality that just screams, "Give me a try!" 9. I actually do react to long periods of not riding a roller coaster, albeit it won't kill me. I just get a crave during the off season much like an ACEr craves a buffet. 10. While driving? No. When walking? Yes. 11. While it isn't addicting, it's more of fulfilling. Adrenaline glands are natural and roller coasters help put them to use. 12. I guess the best way to settle the addiction is to keep riding. 13. The thrill a coaster produces varies greatly with time. You can have a short roller coaster that offers a powerful thrill or a long coaster that offers a mild thrill. Both of those easily quench satisfaction. However, there are some coaster experiences that are over too quick, and those are only mildly disappointing. 14. Forums aren't really essential to coaster buffs (I only have 99 posts), but the networking is a great way to meet awesome people and check out exclusive trips. So while it isn't necessary, it does make the experience longer. 15. I don't post often, but I am almost always checking out TPR for updates and experiences. 16. Yes and no. Half the time I am looking at a video, it's of a ride that I have never ridden. It gets me excited to ride the actual coaster. I hardly ever look up videos of coaster I ride often. Hope this helps good luck with your assignment!
  13. Filling up the bottomless pit (with anything...it's bottomless!) What's worse than preparing an acceptance speech for an award you've won only for nobody to show up?
  14. Not having toothpaste or brushing your teeth for an entire month. What's worse than taking several pictures only to later learn that the lense cap was still on?
  15. Coastin' in west for the first time . I finished up today on Viper at SFMM.
