I stopped by the park today, to finally ride X2 and I have to say it was a HUGE let down. After waiting an hour and a half we found ourselves riding a train without the sound system working. This was the first huge disappointment, the next came with no fog. The mist/ fog was some what on, but in the end it was just making a huge green colored pool at the bottom of the first drop. The ride was smooth in the front row, in the inside, but It wasn't worth to ride X2, when it was the same as X. I was so excited to have the on board sound system, but since it wasn't working it just ruined the experience. My friend and I were all happy because we were thinking Magic was taking a step forward, but they took two more steps backwards today. My only hope is that Thomas Town will be better. Walked by Thomas Town today, and they were testing the coaster, stocking up the store, and teaching the ride operators. Its really coming together, and as long as there is nothing for Magic to keep up with, this area of the park will be nice.

I totally could have gone, and got all excited till I realized that I wil be going to some random theme park on a school trip, and will not be back till like 1 in the morning. I will make it to the park though on the 24th during the day to ride X2!

Im going with the new roller coaster being a Rock'in Roller Coaster.

The park is amazing, but I have a few questions about the park. Is the movie screen my top gun a laser show on the scene, or does it involve pyro? My other question is what on earth are all the little gray boxes between the golf course and the park? Is it fireworks or what?

Very nice, but will it really be nothing but animal exhibits? I know it can be done, its just so out there. I am not sure I like it, but as far as the theme and your buildings go, they are amazing!

I have seen both sides open and with 6 trains, but that was at fright fest, and I have ridden it when they where racing them, that was also at fright fest though.

The coaster looks to be some kind of cable launch coaster, and the other is of course a wooden one. As far as the park goes from what I can see, this has to be one of the best realistic park I have ever seen, I just hope that you can keep a great theme up with the realism.

This is just really sad! Such a great park now being torn down. I honestly thought it was up there in the disney quality theme parks.

This park does look pretty promising, I just hope the themes all work together and don't kill each other. Since it is a little park, and it is filled with different themes I don't want it to look bad. I like it if they did a good job like DL when it comes to blending the themes.

I love the concept model of the tunnel(s)! It might not give a dark feel to it, but it adds a lot when driving into the park to see this pblack and blood red coaster with wickedly done tunnels. It is nice eye candy when first seeing the park up close as you pull up to the parking area.

^ I don't think the weight will make to much of a difference on speed, and if they want it to go faster or slower, they can change the wheels to make it do that. Tatsu's trains had there wheels replaced with something to make it slower so it fit the right time. I really don't care unless it makes the ending slower and less painful. X was amazing but its ending just made you want to kill yourself to end the pain.

The trains might be lighter, but they are so boring to me. I will miss the fins of X, but at least it will be smoother. So is X getting an on board sound system, or speakers in a tunnel system?

Can't believe this still hasn't been posted, but SFMM has mailed fylers out to locals saying buy a season pass now and get a flash pass for X2 when it opens, meaning that X will have some wait!

I think the lift will be the "subway tunnel" This ride looks really impressive, and I think it be nice to get one at SFMM but we have a batman, its just not family friendly.

I can't believe how much land there is there. I personally think a well rounded flat ride with some water would be really good, or a roller soaker

^^^Trust me, I have seen a map of that version and it sucked! It was a nice idea but way WAY to small, it was done a way that there was little space left for attractions and expansion, so it would have been just the showcase with very few rides, which is what the West Coast crowd likes.

I hope the station shapes up to have some sort of theme. I would like to see some tribute to the actual monster.

My home park is SFMM, its only five minutes away and only four from Rob's place. Anyway the best ride there is X or X2, Goliath and Deja Vu. There all tied for first and I wait equal amounts of time for them.

I can see why they changed the name, or a reason. There is already a inverted floorless coaster named Top Gun, so I think it is nice to give this coaster an original name even if it isn't amazing name. Besides since when has the name of the coaster made the coaster the coaster.

Leopard is an awesome looking coaster, but If possible I move a couple of the supports on the helix. I would give them angles and not just a vertical pole. I know you did your best but if you could do that and get some of the supports out of the path I think it would make the area look better. The park could close the ride due to some major problems with a track piece because of it being the first of its kind.

Once again though, not all 10 year olds and up are animals, it is the image that a lot think of, but isn't true for all. I think it would not be fair for those well behaved children to miss an experience because of others explains. I know grown men that are total retards when it comes to public places, but you don't see people limiting people because of grown men.

Ok thx, I really can't wait till the twisty parts are built, they look the funniest.
