Been awhile since I last posted. Just thought that i'd share that I got to have a backstage tour of Happiness Is...Snoopy ice show on saturday. It was a really nice experience and amazing with how they work everything. The rain curtain that we have was just a simple pipe with holes in it, they wanted to stay cheap but still have an amazing production. After that tour, I asked to go see the coaster shop, found the other orange mouse cars. Demon's red train is in rehab, there are still plenty of invertigo wheels, possibly more for us again at bay area bash. I would really like to thank Clayton for making all this possible, he's such a nice guy.

You Definitely saw me, I was the one out keeping that line entertained Awesome and you also found that new favorite spot in the fence. Ok, so Happiness is Snoopy is easily the best production show the CGA has ever produced. The sets were all really nice, the music really flowed, I also really liked the dedication video in the beginning. The costumes were all very spectacular, may favorite being when the girls switched from the bulky crayon costume to the tutu crayon. Everyone in this show has amazing talent. It's definately a show that I would watch again and again. Now Clayton invited me back to the park today to have a tour of the show, so I get to go behind the scenes today.

I've already watched it twice, one of the perks of working in Entertainment It's a great show and the set is really well done. If I knew what you looked like i'd say hi but I don't Well I will be there in a TPR shirt, so I think it'll be easy to find me.

I was just invited to see the new ice show at CGA on a preview night. Happiness Is...SNOOPY! What makes it cool is that we get to park in the employee lot, which I guess means a quick backstage walk through in order to get to the front of the park. (which will be closed) So, i'll be sure to post about it later tomorrow after the show.

Whoa!!! I didn't think that was even possible. As soon as I spun around I was like, wtf just happened. Even people in line were freaking out.

^ sweet pics Angry_Gumball. Just thought that i'd share my crazy ride I had on the Flying Eagles today. Maybe two spins into the cycle, I start to see my car rotate and does a full 360 mid ride. The ride op didn't stop the ride at all and just let it keep going. I was pretty scared after that and shaky.

I'm planning on going to the park tomorrow , may as well keep going back to see if there is anything new. I also want to go back and get more crazy rides on Flying Eagles and Peanuts Pirates.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't Wodan at Europa Park use the urethane wheels.

They do have those plastic sign's in the cars saying to not swing violently, but they don't really enforce it. My guess is that the ride-op doesn't know or care.

I went to CGA today and had a blast. The parking lot looked packed but there were no lines, Flight Deck was a walk on while I was there. I had two crazy rides on the Flying Eagles, thought My car was going to "fly" off, it was wobbliing like crazy. Also had two great rides on Peanuts Pirates, got my car spinning really fast before the ride even started and kept spinning till the very end. I saw Drop Tower break down like 15 feet off the ground, thought that was funny. Now some big news, Grizzly's tangled mess of a line is now gone!!! They finally finished the new staircase, so now the old slanted way to get up is now for fast lane. The big construction wall for our 2013 coaster is up and looking very plain, also the area where Club Blood is usually placed is now completely torn up, the cement is in huge chunks to the side and most of the dirt is now compacted down. Sorry that I don't have any pics.

I just saw this post on facebook from the Cedar Fair Parks page. Remember this? A new GCI wooden Coaster's ground clearing has begun at California Great America for the new 2013 coaster. The ride height will be about 100ft. Further more details will be announced next month. I guess this helps confirm it. This is the response I got after commenting on it. It is absolutely confirmed with Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. If you ridden a many wooden coaster before, wait till you try 100ft one in 2013! I'm dancing around like a lil kid on christmas.

^ I can say that I'm very jealous of that. I've only got a CGA gold pass, I usually use it for the haunt and a few other times during the season. I hope to get a Six Flags pass, use it for superman at SFDK and then mainly travel between San Jose and SFMM.
